Great conversation. Awesome questions and Jon’s story is inspiring. Love the perseverance. Good sh*# fellas
@@ScandleBar appreciate it boss!! If you haven’t talked to Job ever you gotta reach out to him. One of the best guys we’ve ever met
Well said. 10-4 on the Amen there brother!

Saw that episode on Dirt Talk too. How do I watch that webinar. Been in the trades for 7 years in natural gas pipeline. Mainly distribution side. Funny you mention Andy Frisella. He’s a reason I enrolled in CM degree program to gain more insight on the scope of the business side of things and not be a BI*#% and go out on my own. “Somebody’s got to do it.” Big ups to you boys for not living life fearful and going for it.
Love to hear that!!! We actually don’t have the webinars recorded on purpose to encourage people to show up when we have them! We will likely be having more this winter 👊🏼
@@dirtbagspodcast1615 Absolutley can’t fault you for that. I’ll be on the lookout for more. For people who find out about your channel a little later maybe you could have a dirtbags university playlist that is available for purchase. It would give an opportunity for people late to the party to learn and not step on the toes of people who already paid. I can see however, how that could give an incentive for people not to show up because they can just get the content whenever. Might be some missed revenue though! Thanks for all the content and taking the time to be of service. 🤘🏻
@@ScandleBar love that idea!! Definitely something we’re going to continue to build on as we’ve seen an awesome response towards dirt bags university and the education side! Obviously the podcast is a good education source as well but having DBU has allowed us to drill down deep into topics. We’re currently working on reimagining that whole process right now 🤝🤘🏼
@@dirtbagspodcast1615 Absolutley! I don’t want to downplay the podcast itself at all you guys are doing great things with each episode. Incredible insight and crucial knowledge from yourselves and your guests.

The dealer’s energy has nothing to do with the luck of the gamblers. That only matters in roulette and craps.
But bringing the energy for the boys, tips start flying around, drinks are coming free, other people are peering over their shoulder wanting to join, we’re not there to solely make a few bucks but to have an absolute incredible time AND make some money 😎

just gonna send it!!!

I noticed that you have good-quality videos but the videos are not getting views and subscribers are not increasing. I found some problems with your channel. 1. SEO Score is very low 2. Tag SEO friendly and many problems on your CZcams Channel. You need to optimize your channel and do video SEO to reach your target audience. Otherwise, if you upload videos to your channel throughout the year, none of your videos will get viral views.
Nice they have Tadano Cranes 👏🏻

Dude stumbled on this randomly. Best advice❤
Let’s gooo!!! You gotta start listening to the podcast 🤘🏼🤘🏼

Its called the game for a reason. Its all phony garbage and the higher you climb the dirtier it gets
Dylan is a coward and a liar. He waists people time and money. Do not trust or do business with him. And arrogant punk

Why? Anything can be faked, including fact-checking so the deception is perpetuated.
That’s a great point!

Two videos in the first week of the new year. Would be stoked if you guys could keep up this pace. Looking forward to the university. Thanks for the hard work boys
We’ve got some big things planned this year!!! We appreciate you always listening, see you on Dirt Bags University 👊🏼
You are also paying interest on that line of credit which should be accounted for in your bid.
Excellent point here!!
Real talk lol
Spot on
Then they try and make you stay to eat pizza with them like they’re your close friends. Can’t stand those idiotic pizza parties

Happy Thanksgiving all you dirtbags! Thankful for what everyone does for this industry, their communities, and for each other! Not a better community, thank you to the Lukes for leading from the front. Let’s Go 🤘🤜
You da man!! Thank you for everything 👊🏼

If they're your friends and you employ them then they should have a vested interest in making sure the company does well. You shouldn't have to get stern with them as if they're children.
Love it

Nice work Luke’s!
Thanks man!!! 🤘🏼
Great advice! Really good way to categorize your goals
Great conversation. For all the pains with that go with this industry, at least so many people are straight talkers and say how it is.
Hell yeah 👊🏼
People don't start f&^$%£ing you till times get tough. Wise words!
Cheers folks! Happy New Year. Good luck for the new year.
Another great episode! Love the information, honesty, and vulnerability. Also Dylan I know you aren’t the biggest fan of episode 5 but after listening to you on another platform and it making me belief I could do something in this world I searched for other podcasts you were on and found the Dirt Bags and as the Luke’s would say been super Invested and slowing growing since then. So never under estimate the impact you are making! Being real is way more impactful then just sounding professional on a podcast! I agree, you will hit $1M by end of Q3, 23. Merry Christmas gentlemen!! Let’s go!!! 🔥🔥🫡
Thanks man!!!! Merry Christmas, we appreciate your support brother!!
It's like when they say experience required how the fuck do you get experience if no one will hire you it's just another circle jerk
I agree with a lot of points shared. When I was growing up (born in 1991) I loved watching, learning about, and operating equipment and worked on a few farms growing up. But throughout my whole childhood I was told directly or indirectly that I was going to college and so it was never really a question even though most of my friends were blue-collar. That being said my parents did at least guide me and show me which careers/degrees had the best ROI and as a result my love for equipment as well as pursuing a field of high demand led me to mechanical engineering. To this day I still seek out every opportunity to work with equipment whether it is helping with harvest on a farm or plowing snow, just because I love operating and being around the "dirt world." I have had to push back on/overcome the common culture message that blue collar work is a second tier career and am constantly trying to find ways I can help others see that as well as determine how I can work on transitioning my focus/career to the dirt world. I also see as all of you do that there is a large and growing opportunity/NEED in these industries for people and I am trying to see how I can help and find ways to help bridge the gap to not only bring people into this world, but also find a new career/business opportunities. Keep up the great fight gentlemen! PS - I also think Bryan hit the nail on the head with Diesel & Iron's mission. As someone who did not grow up with a family directly tied to the dirt world I have had to learn everything around operating and fixing equipment from other people, but over the years I have turned to CZcams and other online platforms to expand my knowledge 10 fold. What you are all doing does matter and does make an impact on the next generation!! Let me know if I can do anything to help. - B. Forrest Francis
Thank you so much for this comment Forrest!!! We loved this episode and it has been one of our favorites. The true reality of what’s going on around us is wild
Great watch & listen boys!
Thanks Wes!!!
It was a pleasure fellas! Thanks for having me on, looking forward to a round 2!
