You really wonder why on the 1st rap no one are moving ? Its simple the beat is boring . . . No matter how good the lyrics can be if there is no rythm there is no life to the song I wonder sometime what os worse a bad beat or accapalla (with good vocals) there is nothing worse than a bad rapper even on a good beat (but some can get tricked by the beat sometime and ignore how bad the lyrics are , just feeling the beat)

I hate when people say the word "microphone" thats like one of the few he gona say almost in every songs (on what he talk to duh a dam mic) its like sugest the words freestyle, beat, hip hop ect anything related to what he actually gona do . . . Its like not giving any word at all

I agree with your 1st round analysis, Rhythmind went crazy but Dlow's structure made it easier to follow the groove. For the 2nd rounds, they're just simulating using a loop station. They're acting like they're using the machine to loop but they're just showing off that they can layer sounds. Josh O actually uploaded an updated version of his routine (it’s called candyman) and it’s actually crazy, really recommend checking it out.

Robin is a master of not just putting the beats and sounds together to make a piece, but layering, mastering, and leveling each track. The way he builds space and depth to his music is something not a lot of loopers do. He has sounds in the foreground at both left and right that come in at intervals that combat each other for dominance, a strong center vocal with an ever so slightly noticeable effect for depth that comes over top for dissonance, then even background layering beneath all that with three layers of humming he did to make a droning sound that is just barely noticeable in the vocal rests to again... Build the illusion of space like the vocals of attention have echoed and the sounds are resonating as they tail off That was speaking of his first round... Second round was in 5/4?? Come on. Idk of another beatbox production in 5/4. I know beatboxers always do 7/8 when they want to play with time signatures, rarely 6/8, but I think that's the one time I've heard 5/4 in a competition

KBA's first round always sticks out to me more because of the message and feeling he puts into it, but I always forget how much harder his second round goes. As far as "who should win", subjectivity aside, KBA still takes it. Mirsa makes a really strong foundation with super clean basics, but his auto tune was out of tune (cranked up too high) in the first one and his mic was too quiet for the track in both rounds. The structure of his first round was magnificent, but the second round seemed more like he was playing around with different cool sounds on top of his foundation, liked them all, then just put them in back-to-back when he was playing around one day. It didn't seem well composed after the rapping part

They are all amazing. But together, it's like nothing anyone has ever seen. There's one more left. 😉 I hope they do this again in the future. It's been almost 2 years since they put this out there.

For me Frosty took this just because of the strong second round, but I think his first round wasn’t that great. Robin had two solid rounds so I think it was close. He is so good at producing original SONGS, that you would even listen to in your car. You can’t imagine how much Robin improved since KBB (you will so love GBB2023). Can’t wait to see your reaction to Robin vs KBA 😂
