Just an old bloke making a video record of things that interest me, from airguns to zombies and having some fun doing it. I think if I find something interesting, then someone else will too.

How long do the CO2 cartridges last?
If I remember rightly it's about 3 magazines.
I don't believe you gave the whiskey enough time to absorb or maybe the flint was drown when you filled it. 51% I would think would ignite.
@@CZcamsr-mc2el I wondered the same thing myself so I tried it again a few days later, not on camera. Same result.
you can pull the flint out of any old disposable bic lighter you find and it will work just fine in a zippo
Yez sir
I bought one and considering there's no rifling it's more accurate than expected. Very light (2lb) and easy to use, steel BBs are cheap & no need for CO2. The box says 350fps max, chrono says 275fps (muzzle energy <1ftlb) which doesn't sound like much but treat with respect like any gun as that's still enough to go straight through a full aluminium drinks can or break a window etc. I'd definitely recommend this classic BB gun, and eye protection.
It's hard to watch this video. It is too shaky.
@@jamesschrom317 Thanks for your comment but I'm not going to do it again.
What rotax engine does it have? I've heard rotax engines generally considered "bomb proof", also have you had any issues with the starter?
@@Shuffledudee I've just looked through the owners manual and I can't find a model number, it's a 500 cc. I haven't had any problems with the starter other than the engine kill switch on the right hand handlebar being switched and me not noticing

It is a shame that our families hardly ever seem to take an interest in our collections
I can understand it though. I forgot to say that I bought them all from car boot sales and charity shops over a two year period between 2009 and 2011 when everyone was ditching their film cameras for digital. I realised what was happening and became obsessed with saving as many as I could.
My Dad bought a similar pistol made by Diana with a wooden pistol grip. Hugely inaccurate but great fun, Dad bought it in the ‘60’s and I still have it 😁
I had one in 1985, came with a bunch of mini darts, and the cork lol
Great video as always my friend! I may have to pick one up for myself!
Great guns derived from the old Sussex Armoury guns like the Woodsman and earlier the Jackal. I have one of the very last/ very first guns ut was one of the verg last ever Sussex Armoury Woodsman air rifles byt also one of the very first Air Arms airrifles as ut is a Woodsman but between the dovetails it clearly has Air Arms stqmped into the main tube. It looks very similar to your SE90. Lovely old guns it is a shame side levers are alsmot non existant these days byt at least we have a few increadible examples like the Diana Air King which not only looks incredible but also being semi recoiless springer is alao one if the most accurate. It would be good to see Air Arms re-introduce a side lever especially jf it had the quality of guns like the TX200 and the HW77. For me the only downsupide is the extremely loud clicks from the bear trap m3chanism but it has been shown this can be almsot silent.
Looks like an RWS Diana model 48.
Great video!!
Thank you your excellency!
Goes to show youre never too old to plink. Lol.
had one
. ....this thing is even usefull as walking stick for grandpa's ...lol
high proof vodka will work
when you turn to face the target your audio is lost.
Thanks for your comment. It's something to bear in mind when making future videos.
Did you run out of PET O’ RULL ?
I know that the washing gasoline works fine and i also used actuall gasoline to start a car with and i felt fine after putting my cigarette on fire
how you doin?
Okay. Thanks for asking.
As it is wax, one would assume that the cap is waterproof, is it not?
I guess I'll find out! I think it is, feels pretty robust, like it would resist scratches from a hedge or whatever.
It looks very modern! I have Tilly wide rim mesh style that was purchased an extremely long time ago from the Tilly store in Don Mills Ontario Canada. I've been unable to find any pet elephants locally, so unfortunately, I've zero "true" stories to share! It's made in Canada, and I proudly wear it! I tip my hat to you, sir! May our "sock" drawer keep us safe, eh? 🤠
The Diana 52 is the best accurate and powerfull airgun made in germany!(-" NO COMPROMISE!-")
in Canada we get it at 43% abv. I had it years ago when it first came available here. Then it was called Naked Grouse. I will pick up a bottle of The Naked Malt and see if there is a difference. Nice review.
Thank you.
@@timothyedwards2161 Oh, and I too have a stash of some Rye's, Scotches, and Bourbons in the back of the cupboard. And now I know why, here the price of these beverages has gone through the roof.
My older brother had one when I was about nine so he would have been fifteen. I Can remember somebody nicking his bike and laughing as he did it and he shot him in the back with one of these.
Lol, not recommended. I doubt if the kid nicking the bike even felt it but your brother could have been in trouble even then. Different times. Today it would be a firearms offence and he could be facing 7 years in jail! People don't realise how much freedom they have lost over the last 50 years.
He did feel it because he was screaming and fell off the bike backwards. I don't know what make it was but it was a gat gun and silver coloured I think. I don't think he got into trouble for it but I might be wrong on that ?
Why not try bleach next? Battery acid? Toilet cleaner? Coffee? 😂
Great video Mr. Edwards!
Don't run your lighter on whiskey. Thats alcohol abuse.
Happy Easter!
Parabéns de um admirador do Brasil, essa é um sonho de consumo....❤
😮😮are you trying to tell me that in the last 40 years Ive been ringing my fingers off to open those bags
Sorry about that!! I usually end up hacking and slashing with a blunt knife.
In the 15 yrs I've been buyin firewood in bags like this , I reckon possibly 4 or 5 times only have they opened like this 😂
That's why it was a win!
*nut*
I used to work at a place using the stichers its like a habdheld sowing machine and its annoying af to use hahah
I never know which one to pull
👏
Love the story at the end! Is there any chance you would be willing to share any more? As I am rather intrigued! But if not I completely understand
Love the fact you watched it to the end! Don't know what else to say at the moment, I'll have to think about it.
I was today years old...damn. 😅😅😅
Still mower man Choppp his Eaggig Useig hishdgetimmmer
Are you on acid?
Thanks for sharing
bought one my self as i too was influenced by 'Alone' !
Thats funny ! so many of us had to wait until retirement to enjoy thier hobbies, Your right on man!!!
Okay, so this was an impromptu video which I hadn't planned out what to say, so there's a lot of ums. I also left out a some things I'd have liked to have said, such as Busted's song the year 3000, meeting my great great great grand daughter and causal loops. My camera seems to be packing up too. It is what it is and I doubt I will shoot it again.
I don't have an issue with the song overall but to say that in 3000 years I've met your great great granddaughter has always bothered me! However I guess you could factor in the fact we may have invented some way to prolong a lifespan.
*that in the year 3000*
@@foxtrot_games9631 that was my thoughts as well, in the year 3000 it would be my 40 times great granddaughter.
I was just wondering this
I have a niggling feeling I didn't put enough in, so if you want to try it yourself let me know the results.
@@timothyedwards2161 I might, 51% is quite high so I would expect it to work .
For my own peace of mind I tried it again with a 49.4% abv. Still no. Still disappointed.
Very cool 👍
How much sir
Hi sir how are you I like how much sir
I paid £175 for it several years ago. It is not for sale.
@@timothyedwards2161 y sir
I loved my Red Ryder in 1974, it was Christmas present when I was only 8 yo. Then I got the Daisy Powerline with a scope a few years later. Then a Crossman Pumpmaster 760 and American Classic single shot pistol. Just before I turned 29 I enlisted in the USMC and was issued an M16 AND an M2 Browning 50cal lol WOW~
Sorry I've taken a while to reply. Thanks for your comment, I like to hear of other people's experiences. I've heard that the during WW2 the USMC used red ryders to train marines to shoot from the hip while skirmishing. Sounds plausible.
@@timothyedwards2161 Hi! Air rifles in the USMC... Interesting, I'll look into it! Great videos and channel, BTW.
