Hawk is one of the best players in the world. I believe he held a top 10 spot on the leaderboards in both 4 and FA on the original console

@@invyt I just achieved to being able playing Armored Core 2 on my PC. So good. Unfortunately you're right, the commands are veeery bad on keyboard. Almost died on the tutorial.

It never fell off, it was kinda bad in the first place, the stagger mechanics didn’t fit the game and all the build’s gameplay styles are more homogenous than the racial diversity of an average small town in Utah.

I have no idea! Nobody has been testing it. Someone tried to use it the other night and had some issues, but I don't know if that was because of their setup or because the most recent doesn't work right in pvp. I seriously suggest using the version from my videos for pvp because we know it works.

The manual mentions quick turning in a single line of text, and it's very easy to miss lol. I can't believe how bad the tutorial is in the game, it is genuinely ridiculous. Hope to see you in PvP someday! We love new players, and seeing people go from newbie to competent is awesome.

@invyt Oh wow, I figured it wasn't even in the manual, haha! And yeah, I'm looking forward to getting into PvP, I want to finish hard mode first because I'm invested in the story and I want to see all the changes, but as soon as I'm done with that I plan on jumping right in!

Complicated question! The spread pattern on missiles changed a lot about how desirable they are to use, the most popular ones mostly being spread missiles. MP0203 is a community favorite because to dodge them, you need to get closer to the ground for example - when enemies dodge it, you can fire a grenade at them to make them take damage. It is very situational what missiles you want and you may just have to try them out in pvp yourself to find your favorites. The MP series of missiles are well loved and wheelings are very good.

I can only provide support for the stuff I put together myself. If you want me to help with troubleshooting, you gotta use the resources I made. All new downloads of the 4thgen pack come with 1.99, so if you do decide to download it it will be already installed.

The packed version comes with a 100% save, and you can easily transfer your save file over if you want to. Ping me on discord @ Inveigh and I can walk you through moving your saves, it's pretty easy

There's a few other mods over on the armored core discord that make the campaign a little harder, I'd definitely suggest checking them out in addition to 1.99. I think it's pretty good for campaign! Also, I'd really suggest giving PvP another try, once you get the hang of it it is a ton of fun!

yes, jailbreak your ps3 and use the FTP to transfer the regulation file to where it needs to be (link for modding is in the description of this vid) make sure to make a backup just in case ofc

I asked the mod makers and the answer I got basically was "it's complicated" lol. Lower number is better.
