I thought she looked perfect before. I didn’t understand the purpose of the nose job. Then I zoomed in on the before and after pics, and I could finally see what she meant about the nostril. It’s the sort of asymmetry we all have that no one notices but us. I say, if it’s something she’s sensitive about, it’s ok to change it so SHE feels better, as long as she’s not searching for some unattainable level of perfection, but only trying to tweak parts that have bothered her for a while.

I liked the before nose better. However, if she is happy now, that's the thing that counts.

not wise to get moderate lip lift, it doesnt look bad if too much was removed, also it will continue to get longer as you age so why not get more and let it sag back down and look younger for longer

if it wasn't for the obvious scar this procedure would be amazing
