Thanks, my friend. Yes! My channel is fairly new still so getting my channel out there for others to listen to my uploaded music is quite difficult with how the CZcams algorithms work. It's all good though as I upload these songs because I enjoy putting them together regardless of how many people hear it and it also backs up my music as a secondary bonus. I prefer the original too, but they were both good versions. I am big fan of Luther Vandross, not so much Mariah Carey & that probably sways my bias in favour of the original version from Lionel Richie & Diana Ross (fans of both of them). Thx for your comment.

This is extremely rare! You probably won't find it as a vinyl album. Not that I condone ever using a website to download a whole album like this😉 but if I did, I'd use this website and choose the best MP3 download quality which is 320Kbs from the download list & which you can choose manually and should, to get the best quality audio. Sorry bud, it was a DJ mix, and that's how they work. If every song was a full-length song we would have been here for 10 hours+ lol. As it is the mix was 1 hour 27 mins. It's all good. I am glad that you enjoyed it though:)

I will try to upload a full 50's type compilation mix at some stage soon which will play for hours and hours (Full songs). It will take a long time to process here as in hours before people will see it, & even then CZcams could decide to block the whole thing once finished (Frustrating!) but I will try to do one for people such as yourself. If it gets blocked I will upload it to Rumble.com which is another CZcams-type platform and leave it there for people to listen to. Was mowing my daughter's lawn

It's a mix compilation of Golden Oldies, not a full 6 to 10 hours of full-length songs back-to-back like you get on an album. The file would be gigantic to upload if that were the case. It was never intended that way. That's not how mixes work my friend. Sorry! I am glad that you enjoyed the music though.

It's a mix dude. If I let the songs go to the length of a complete individual song the whole video being 1 hour 27 minutes as it presently is, would be reaching probably 12 hours or thereabouts lol.

You were born in the same era as my Mum (1942) and my dad (1939). I was born in 1967 but I love this music too, hence why I uploaded it to my channel. I will try to upload some more from around this time frame. A lot seem to enjoy it. Thanks for the comment, Richard :)

I turned 56 in early May, and I love this music. Music these days can't even compare to how it was back then. Even though it was before my time, the 50's were an awesome time to be growing up (teen years). They seem like the good old days! I grew up as a teenager in the 80's and I love that music era too, but there is something about the 50's that made it a special time to be alive. Thanks for your comment, Mario.

It is the good times you cannot beat the early years, that's with everything music you could sing along too, you could go out at night for a walk nothing would happen, you could play late at night in the street keeping a ball under street lights nothing would happen or just leave your front door or back door open and you knew it was fine. So was the music we would sit with friends on front steps of our house been on a main road we would play our second player close to front door so we could hear it and we enjoyed people walking past our house saying can we sit with you guys and listen to your records great music. So yes 50s 60s and 70s the music would make friends for you with strangers just walking on the footpath past pur house. Those days I bloody miss so much, I told my daughter she would have loved our time. She's say no your to old, I replied yes I am but it was great no mobile phone, no internet, no tv well we had tv b/w but it would shut down by 10pm on week nights and 12am on weekends. The best was we would be playing out in the streets till mum would call out if we didn't hear her, the people in the street would come out say hey boys your mum is calling. So yes as a Italian immigrant to Australia at a young age. We listened to great good old music and sing along as well. Thank you and God bless from Australia ciao
