brilliant.I've been trying to do something like ths for ages for my first boba fett and comicon in nov 24. After loads of differnet tries this looks just like what I want. (obviously just different positions etc). But I have a powerbank on my Boba Fett belt hidden away and was wondering how long the usb end is from the switch end. Obviously yours is all in the helmet and I want to hide my cable under my clothing soneed to know if it will reach. Or do you know if i can extend the power cable. I have never done something like this before and my soldering is wellbelow par to say the least . Many thanks for your video I will be watching the troop on youtube. nick

Great hat! But, boy, it is expensive.

Only things I could really add - Clint’s shirt is almost always tucked in, he gets it untucked in some fight scenes or if he’s being thrown around the room and tortured, but it’s generally tucked in (as most people would do back then). To add to that, You’re also missing a belt to hold your pants up, the gunbelt just holds his pistol. Lastly, I’m pretty sure that he wears narrow square toed boots instead of R or snip toe like most people assume.

Hi just making an R2 now. Can you recomend any silver paint for the base coat, and a make of rub and buff to get a nice metal finish?

WOW! Looks amazing! I was lucky to purchase one of Lee's domes off the forum, and am about to start working on it! The dome version I have didn't have the radar eye holes pre-drilled, and was wondering if you had a method of how you lined yours up?

It's a good film. Obviously it's no Raiders, but I thoroughly enjoyed it - I'm still a kid at heart and my heart wasn't disappointed! It would 've been amazing if Ke Hey Quan was written into the script (and mentors Teddy), but maybe a good script writer can make something happen in the future!

The hat looks good. But I’m a bit surprised that he didn’t offer to steam the hat for you like he said. I thought this was a premium hat company.

I was bored and reverse engineered the Rubies Gear box so now I can 3d print them out as a complete working gearbox that slides into the spirit trap to motorize the doors with little to no effort.

Member of the Redback Garrison here (QLD Australia garrison) and this was a fantastic video explaining those levels. At the cons I say something similar when we are meeting potential new members in regard to what you need to meet but might have to work in some of the comments you made :D

I'm starting a Vader Build next year. I found the file for the 3d printed shins you made and luckily have a friend who 3d prints all his own cosumes so can go to him,so my question is - Is the file for a standard size re the shins or are they tweakable? I'm 6ft 2 and guessing you're around the same height? I'm also in the UK like yourself and locating a good number of the parts here will obviously be a bonus,as well as price re the shins!

The aluminum parts will come from Fenixprops, the lights came from Bulgaria - work ist still in progress. It won't be screen accurate, since 3 of the 4 buttons will have a brushed steel surface. For all that packing, I usually tape up the side flaps so I don't make a gigantic mess pulling the item. Just a tip. :)

Very impressive vader i absolutely love it! It does help the vader community who are new to vader to suit up so we really appreciate it! Just received my last parts for vader, now all ready to suit up for comic con in a month!

Here is a good interaction with a possible future club member. Instead of walking up to them and tell them ur costume would never pass review to join. Why not say “Hello glad u came out to troop at this event, would u consider joining the 501? If so contact us so we can get ur costume up to 501 standard. We can show u what needs to be altered.” See how easy that works, didn’t even have to insult the persons costume. Basic 101 when u are dealing with other cosplayers..

I finally have my RS ANH stunt and love it. Some asked me on May 4, if i would join 501? Told them probably not. Just my preference.

Great video, you have the places where to get the paint, but what paint and where did you get the white paint from,as you dont say where?

The neck accessories is a black neckerchief and tied at the back. I think he wears it due to the rope burns he got being hung in Hang em high. Clint didn't get rope burns, but his character did, and he wore the same in many films.

I'm getting concerned about R2. First a fire hydrant on sesame street, now a bin 🤨
