My first attempt I did win after a pretty good fight, snatching victory from the jaws of defeat. Then I realised I hadn't activated the recording software. Gutted! Lol, I had to just switch off and walk away for a while.😆😆😂lol.

I think they used narration software for some of it. Yeah , kind of distracting with how Minbari gets pronounced - but I think that's the only downside so far. The Babylon Projects still a pretty good and only Babylon 5 game out there.

They certainly like using their cloak.

The Ajax turned out to be more powerful than I expected 😅. You got a point there, haven't sussed out in system warps or repair yet lol.

@@commanderdale7512 the NavPoints help immensely, though if your opponent(s) use disruptor fire, you can be comboed while the game tries to get a clear path to warp. 🤔😕😅

It does seem to be a mini Galaxy class - with all the tech of the bigger ship.

I recognised it from a Starfleet command III mod years ago. Didn't know it was in DS9 though.

@@commanderdale7512 ! This must have been in a STC3 mod after I lost the DVD drive in my PCs... still have my old disc and a cd-r with a Generations at War mod ready to roll. Technically, the Trident/Medusa (one of its other aliases) wasn't on DS9, though it featured in the DS9 Technical Manual. It also was a physical studio studio model, like the Elkins, Bradford and Trieste

I see where you are coming from there. However it is the phase II . I have a video of this ship going against the refit. But I'll see if I can point out some differences. 1) the phasers are blue rather than red 2)The insignia on the side is still the original series era version -as is the name and registry on the primary hull 3) The design of the primary hull is more similar to the original version, particularly the white sensor dome above the bridge and at the bottom of the primary hull 4) The secondary hull is slightly longer and lacks the large windows on either side. 5) The neck angle is more that of the original. Slight clarification, the Phase II Enterprise design is akin to the design SFRD, Starforce Productions and WC modeled for BC, sort of a middle ground between the TOS Connie and the TMP Refit. The design that Discovery was heavily influenced by was one of two concept designs for the proposed Planet of the Titans film (that ultimately was scrapped). The concept models did find their way into Trek canon, via Star Trek III (one is just visible in Spacedock) and in TNG (in the junkyard scene in Unification)

lol, I thought it was because I was used to something fighter sized. It did feel heavy on the controls. I certainly had to give this ship a try though, kind of curious how the Phase II enterprise flew and fought.

It seems to be a good basis for a lot of fan made games for sure. The graphics and pretty much everything else on those games based off the freespace 2 engine easily stands up to the official stuff.

Search for "Wing Commander Saga - The Darkest Dawn". This is not "Kilrathi Saga", but an unofficial continuation of the events of "Fleet Action" (a novel by William R. Forstchen) and retells Wing Commander III from a different perspective. The stand-alone mod of the Freespace 2 engine is a free download and was developed over several years by Wing Commander fans.

Very possible- it has other systems like Vega and firrekka (Well that last one is mentioned)

It's pretty good definitely, I've played this a few times. Better than what a lot of games companies produce these days .

I used the skirmish function in the BSG Deadlock game for these. The music all runs automatically. But the names of the music tracks are probably listed somewhere. As to whether it can be used independently I'm not sure, likely copyrighted to the game.

There is one thing I have different, I also have the easy empire mod. I get the supremacy as a build option after capturing Just. I was at level 2 or 3. It might be part of the easy empire mod.
