Logically speaking, wouldnt a business not for sale be too profitable to sell. I like to think of it like a good rental property. If the rental is making so much money and i dont have it on the market, I would only give it away at a much higher premium. Where if i was selling, id be more open to negotiating.

Dont pay cash and dont get a load.........how do you pay for it then...

EBITDA adjustments are based on what a buyer would presumably expect to have in earnings for expenses what wouldn't necessarily transfer over to them such as owner's salary or one-time expenses such as a roof repair etc. Certainly there are some expenses "added back" to the value of the businesses by brokers/owners that should be questioned , but this video is disengenous at best by making blanket cynical statements

I want to buy a business in the USA whereby i'm the one who is investing all the money but because i'm not a US resident/citizen , I may not be able to buy this business. For this reason, i want to involve a friend who will run the business and will be compensated for his services but i will have to make him 51% partner, what type of Shareholder's agreement i should make that in case of things not going smooth between both of us, he doesn't have any way to harm my interests which could possibly include taking over the bank account, selling the business to some one else, etc Please help or guide me to some relevant read, thanks

But matter of money not known yet like have a setup introduction(can be too long) due to crisis(plot to delay)?
