How long is your zip? You used 31 sc on the zip. How many sc wld i need if i have a longer zip? Or would it be as many as i can fit on the zip as long as they are equal number on both sides of the zip? TY

Why doesn't Row/Round 2 have a stitch count?

Could you set the rows up like chapters so it is easier to find if you have to back up.

I am trying to do this pouch , but it seems to me as a beginner that there are some steps missing . The video does not show how the lower part of the pouch ( row 1- 10) became two- sided pouch . And how are we going to work the top rows from10- 20 while the sides are woven in ? I hope I don't look silly 😊 and wish you pardon me as I just started recently learning crochet. Therfore I would appreciate if you could explain this to me . Thank you ❤

I've been looking around for if there is a video that has someone using embroidery floss (or thread) in place of yarn,but I'm not sure if I'll find any that arent like advanced micro crochet,doing tiny flowers(I am still novice beginner & just finally figured out a magic circle,lol). A few mo.ago b4 I decided 2 learn crochet,I bought a lg.pack of some 6 strand,silky,nice looking emb.floss w/36 skeins of different colors in it,plus a small clear tub/round plastic container filled w/even more skeins & colors. My problem rn is that I've already spent 2 much on other craft supplies as well,& then decided on crochet. Next mistake-having no idea what fibers & weight types of yarn are recommended/more appropriate 4 certain things. So w/out knowing yet what types of yarn+hooks & stuff I was better off spending my $ on,2 have 4 my 1st projects,or that some are easier 2 use & learn with,I spent $ on lots of multi-colored,super bulky,& a few jumbo Chenille blanket yarns 1st. Went 2 another store down the road after that 1,2 get some #4 worsted weight,100% acrylic yarn.(I had been told the yarn at this place was good quality,& inexpensive, which I find out later was good quality but not a great price per amt.,esp.since there was hardly anything colorful,but I settled on buying it anyway😖) There I bought 1-3sm.skeins per ea.of as many of the handful of colors they had available,which were all only neutrals,except 2 balls of a kinda ugly ruby red,1semi-rough feeling lavender,2 royal blue,1turquois,& 1teal (the majority I got in neutrals were: white, cream,gray,slate-gray, black,beige,hazel brown,& another grey w/white specks like tweed)..Sorry I wrote this novel,but I guess I wanted 2 explain my situation,why I'm trying 2 use the floss,& vent my frustration,maybe in hopes of finding moral support or suggestions.(I would prefer 2 use the floss on micro crochet,or embroidery,instead of trying making more friendship or knotted style bracelets,lol. I'd have learn embroidery while still new at crochet+spend more $ 2 get the aria?/linen cloth that I don't have yet either,4 that suggestion). Thanks 4 ur time & showing us how 2 make the pretty flowers tho. I guess I can try making a couple w/the drab colors I have in w.w.acrylic yarn,lol..
