Hi, when adding a Biometric Device on iVMS, what device username is being requested for there? Is it the Super Username & Password that was setup when installing iVMS on a PC or is it a different username, because when setting up the Biometric Device, I wasn't asked to input a username.

Do you know which fingerprint algorithm is used on Hikvision devices? Like in ZKTeco, we use Version 10 or 9. I wonder if they are the same. Can I import my employee data from a ZKTeco device into a Hikvision device?

Hello there . I am having some issues adding my hikvision ip ptz to my lorex nvr. I have already activated it, gave static ip, enabled onvif. I shows up in my nvr but when I add it it doesnt connect. is there some other setting I'm missing? Your help would greatly be appreciated.
