Lotus Biscoff cheesecake recipe:
Ingredients for a 21cm / 8 inch form:
▷BASE:
- 250g Lotus Biscoff biscuits (1 bag)
- 70g unsalted butter (5 tbsps)
▷FILLING:
- 450g cream cheese (2 cups)
- 75g sugar (9 tbsps)
- 500ml heavy cream (2 cups)
- 400ml Lotus Biscoff spread (1 jar)
Oreo cheesecake recipe:
Ingredients for a 22cm / 8.5 inch form:
▷BASE:
- 450g Oreo (3 bags)
- 120g unsalted butter
▷FILLING:
- 750g cream cheese
- 150g sugar
- 200ml whipping cream
- 110g plain yogurt
- 10ml vanilla extract
- Oreo cream (removed from base Oreos)
- 10g gelatin
- 8 crushed Oreos
▷CHOCOLATE GANACHE:
- 200g dark chocolate
- 200ml warm whipping cream

      Viene dal termine inglese "Heavy Cream" che penso si possa dire in italiano Panna Fresca o Panna da Montare. Per questo scopo, dovresti scegliere quella con la percentuale di grassi più alta ☺️🧡

      Sí, es ideal si la nata está bien fría. No es tan necesario que el recipiente esté frío, pero si lo haces también puede ayudar en el proceso ☺️

    Cake looks delicious but one question you add 1cup sugar in cake batter and then condensed milk in topping isn’t that too much sweet. Pls reply

      This is a typical Brazilian recipe, a chocolate cake called “Brigadeiro” and is in fact very sweet. 😁 I used cocoa powder which can be a bit bitter so the sugar is necessary, but if you want something less sweet just reduce the sugar quantity on the cake. For the topping you really need to use the condensed milk to get that consistency! Let me know if you have any other questions 😊💚
