yes you can do a similar thing just hold your block when it feints it deals low posture damage parry trade then critical
If your med or light just parry it about 4-6 times then attack and itll guard break, then you can also get in and additional 1 or 2 hits while its broken
Also if your using a sword with the base crit ie forgotten gladius and ish you can crit every third hit
