Dear team, I understand you have been providing services to million of home seekers for last 5 decades. However my worst experience which I faced in searching for a house was in runwal 25 hr life project. I was literally hounded by your sales to to come down and i straight way refused many a times due to budget constraints. I visited because I was told by one of your sales person that they would manage it under my budget .. when i reached there in time after watching project video I was recieved by closing manager, he straight way took me to the table and started explaining about the price of smallest 2 bhk. I had little skirmish when he started with price with out saying anything about the project nor showing me sample flat. I insisted him to show sample flat later. When I told him to keep aside his arogant behaviour he argued and said if he is here to sell then i m here because I need house to buy. For what so ever reason I was called I was subjected rude behaviour by the closing manager. I was so upset by the whole thing that I had to come midway of the whole process.. Please find enclosed whts app chat with the sale personall who promised to not waste my time. Calling and misbehaving is low even for petty developers standards. Rest assured my experience will be shared extensively in my social media account and to people know to me. I insisted 2 people Mr afzal and Mr harsh whose chat is attached to give guys name .. but I hv nt recieved it yet. *DO NOT BUY ANYTHING IN THIS PROJECT* Thier is heavy lekage and seepage issue in almost all flats in this society due to poor quality. Number of flats(residents) vs club house amenties dorsnt make any sense... Poor construction quality. I am a resident and in my tower a lot of residents are facing leekage and seepage issue.. beware..

I did spot booking at 25 Hrs Life after the sales agent promised 15days refund if we have to cancel. Karan Mehlotra and Rakshit Bhambri were the sales agents. It's been 4 month... But still awaiting refund. The CRM assigned Mehrosh keeps giving templated response. @Runwal Team - please indicate if spot bookings are a SCAM to thug people off their hard-earned money. Utterly disappointing.

We bought flat in this but 90% of the items are of low quality except for the interior shown in the sample flat like all Flooring stile (2x2) old type, plumbing ISI (Not Jaguar), kitchen equipment used in this kitchen is of poor quality In fact the platform stone or stile of the sample flat mujan is not fully utilized (black stone and simple stile front to platform ota only up to 2 feet height. We 170 group members are discussing this topic with Builder but The possibility is low. and Change Layout Currently add 3 building in Project Old Project 11 Tower present currant total 15 Tower in new layout (Mention in Future development land) and decreases 3 acre area compare to old project area. because raise to FSI 40 & 37 Floor (Increase in residential flat (400+) and space is decreases 3 acres) per 6month changes project Layout. (This project is unreliable, changes anything at any time and has seen many real big changes)

Not advisable to purchase flat at runwal mycity dombivali as there are problems such as irregular water supply, leakage in flats, poor bus service, dog menace, etc. etc. We repent.

I went there to see the sample flat and laughed at looking the dimensions of it. On that the sales guy said that u will get more small flat than the sample one. I questioned him more and he got angry on me as other customers were listening. He asked me to sit in lobby and never came back. So i left. Pls dont buy any flat here. There are fraud builder

Please don't go with Runwal .they are wrost in term of everything like construction, services and etiquettes. Its 2 km away from Shil road. They discussed always regarding metro ,MMC etc .. All are government projects,when they completed who know.

Flat Buyers make your own home work, study the project and take indipendent expert advice before making any decision. Once you entered into deal you can't back out.

As per RERA Project delayed by 3 years. Don't be carried away with this kind of narration. Flat buyer make their own study and home work.

Runwal is well known to demand extra money at the time of possession in the pretext of one or other. So be careful. Also as per RERA Project delayed by 3 years.

Buying housing in township is not advisable as selling and renting out will be big task. Ask for copy of all the documents which they want you to sign and take expert opinion before paying single rupee. NO property consultant will advise you to invest in township

Is this the same Runwal that has legal cases for cheating ?

Filled with lower class ghaatis and the place is 5 km from dombivali and kopar. Not good for upper middle class people who want sophistication. The way lower class people work in the kitchen hitting the floor and make noises making it hell for downstairs neighbours. Have to look for a flat in Bombay.
