Just curious, how many states in the USA are now using these voting machines for the 2024 election and are they connected to the Internet or not, to avoid possible hacking or tampering?

"The library should have something to affirm everyone." Well, that's great except when many PWI's are willing to have vaguely, and sometimes overt, white supremacist materials, but balk at the idea of having BIPOC nationalist materials in their collections. I have seen so many pseudo-science diet books in library locations, but when asking the acquisitions librarians about certain BIPOC diet personalities, it's met with jokes and derision. So, some internal consistency would be great for libraries.

This was an interesting presentation that definitely resonated with me from the Oreo nickname to the "you speak so well statement." These experiences have been so deeply ingrained in me, I stopped realizing that these are microaggressions.

This isn't my work account, but this is eye-opening. I had to deal with microaggression, but not as much as my sisters. But I couldn't understand the irritating feeling when people did this to me. It makes me want to think twice.
