It works well I can run 1 hour longer just I only run 2 times a week so it’s not that bad I take 400 mg 20 min before my run

A bit late Alexa but great to see you up the bluff. It's a fantastic space on the boarder there. Food to see the ponies, which have been around a long time. I trust a few more plants became familiar. All the best if you're still out there. Mark
Your a great teacher keep it up
✌️ Promo'SM!!!
Tell me about it. I had a terrible run on the way home from work

Hi, sorry for jumping on this video for something unrelated. I've been on the hips4miles site and found a link to a video of yours regarding massaging scar tissue but it says the video is private. Is there a way for me to view this please? I'm 4 weeks post pao today and I would love to know how to do it properly. Thank you. Hope you're well x
Hi there, I've just dropped the miles4hips team a line and asked them to amend the video to be public :)
@@alexaduckworth-briggs4106 it's been fixed, thank you so much!
Thanks Alexa! Definitely going to hunt for a bosu ball in my gym next time I’m in!
Some good tips 👍🏻
Just a question about roller densities? I've got a really cheap, hard roller which I quite like for my calves, hamstrings and quads (I think my fat protects the muscles!), but feels like too much on anything else. Some rollers I've tried feel too soft though. Is there a weighting system or a particular way of checking/checking density that you'd recommend for specific parts of the body? This video is so helpful, thank you, I haven't been angling, it seems such an obvious addition now you've showed it!
Hi Anna, Thanks for your comment, really good question! A lot is down to the individual and how much pressure they like/feel that works. Generally I recommend a harder but basic (flat surface) foam roller for all the main muscles; quads, hamstrings, calves etc. For smaller, deeper muscles I find a trigger point tool or just a tennis ball gets into them best. There is no standardised weighting or density system for foam rollers or similar tools - sadly as it's a great idea!
