Live action was absolute garbage.. could’ve been better..

I prefer the sounds from the show... and how the Inquisitors look in the show. They freaking look genuine while in the Kenobi series... they look like dollar store knock offs, I mean look at the Fifth Brother from both Rebels and Kenobi... what depiction looks more alien.

I still love this lightsaber and I don’t care if it looks goofy with the spinning feature. The Grand Inquisitor uses it the best in my opinion, since most of the time he will use the single blade setting since he’s a skilled duelist, choosing to use the second blade when he needs a stronger defence in his stance. He will also only use the spinning feature to throw off an opponent and make them startled with this unorthodox tactic. He may also use it to look imposing and install fear. People don’t seem to realise the spinning feature was never designed to be practical 😅. The only part I’ll admit I thought they went too far with was when they used it to fly 😬…that I’ll admit makes no sense. Then again you could argue the same of the Penguins helicopter umbrella from Batman 😅. Xx

Probably one of my favorite "oh crap" moments in star wars was when that lightsaber started spinning.

OH GOOD LORD I JUST HAD AN EPIPHANY Anakin designed these because: 1. a good chunk of the inquisitors wouldn't be matched an actual Jedi Master's ability and strength while having a normal lightsaber and also a contraption like that is scary to a normal citizen 2. SPINNING IS A GOOD TRICK

Disney made this after they bought the rights to the General Grievous lightsaber toy. They just wanted to sell another overpriced lightsaber.

Ezra asked kanan if his could do that to. He said no. Later when the grand inqusitor threw the lightsaber to the spectors kanan was asked again if his lightsaber could do the same and he souned anoyed and jalouse when he said no. Sorry if my English is bad i am Dutch.

Personally I didn’t mind the spinning sabers. It just showed that the inquisitors were less skilled and needed this function to block blaster fire. It’s only when they started flying that I was a bit confused 😂

A lightsaber design like that would probably give the wielded a tactical advantage, because they would always have the high ground!
