Is it just a huge hydraulic like in whitewater?? I was a raft guide like 25 years ago and it looks just like that. We actually wore lower buoyancy life jackets to help you sink down more and they told us to reach out for the "green" water to try to get out. The customer life jackets kinda make it worse for them since they'd float mostly near the top and you'd see their head then their feet and then their head.... but we'd tell the customers to just ball up and hopefully sink down and hit the fast moving water but it was nothing this HUGE.

I was here this day. I came with Chad Barba. I was absolutely scared and that dog and the owner were absolutely the saddest thing. Could not believe I stumbled across this video. Legendary crew and Barba would drag me around with him and we scored the best waves of my life during this time.
