This palletiser has a high variety of SKU's, but low rate. Using 2 robots on a track the palletiser can palletiser up to 33 pallets. The robots also pick empty pallets from a stack and load them into the cell.
Robotic Box Erecting and Case Packing

A compact case packing cell using an ABB IRB 1200 robot to do all of the operations. The robot opens the case and does a jiggle using a clever jig to close the bottom flaps. Products are accumulated into a layer and loaded into the case. A case holds 4 layers.
