Hi, we are planning to buy this model. can you please share your experience ? how is the construction, any recommendations before closing
Hi. Our experience was relatively stress-free. We used to come often to check on the progress of construction. We didnât see any major issues post construction. We didnât hire an inspector to keep a check on the build issues but would recommend hiring one.
I don't know why Ryan Homes builds a lot of their entryways like a hallway. It is just not a good design.
Time flies really fast I remember when I taked pictures and getting the keys and the moving day and closing it was so emotional
