This was for a pitch we made back in 2017 for a procedurally generated roguelite action game in the Dig Dug universe. The prototype was made in 3 months. Unfortunately we received a bogus lead. Namco Bandai had stopped working with indie developers shortly before this was made.

It's a shame nothing became of this game in the long run. It would have been fun to see it become something all its own, let alone play it. Still, it's nice to see that the effort grew into the experience and accomplishment of making greater things.

I always loved everything about Mega Goat. The parody aspect, the sounds, the music and how the controls were tight like in the classic Megaman games but with graphics comparable to MM7. I would love to see a second stage made someday ^^
A megaman fangame
This looks pretty hilariously bizarre - reminds me of the likes Katamari and Elebits in some respects, the kinds of games I'd kill to see more of on Nintendo hardware - and though I don't have a New 3DS, I'm hoping the 3DS's eventual successor will have backward compatibility then. I'd definitely get this on that.
I hope that there will actually be a 3ds handheld successor, I honestly cant see the Switch as a replacement for 3ds.

UPDATE: Okay I contacted the owner/creator of this game, and told him of the windows crash bug. I got email back from him. Seems like he was able to fix the crash bug. The debug stage is now playable. Although it seems to have a few bugs in it, but at least its playable now, without any crashes on my end. :D Oh yea, he also fixed the full screen/window mode switch now. :)
