Hi, how manyhours needs for make complete brightwork on a plane as Gulfstream 650?

There should be no problem, I believe its more about the sandpaper and buffing compounds that count.

Its actually an oil, plant based which extends the life of the sanding pads and helps with the cutting.

Do you have to be aircraft mechanic to do this?
No, however you need to be trained to do it. The Aircraft mechanics will sign the work off when finished to ensure all is ok.
