yup, when you leave the room that means you're leaving autumn during the very last moments of her life, and when you try to revisit, no matter how soon after you leave the room, she's already dead and you cannot do anything about it. p.s: i heard some people say that if you wait for a whole 5 hours which is really long, you might get a good ending for the [abandonment] door. However, this is a myth and i genuinely don't really trust in it, but ofc i'm not sure since i don't have the patience to wait for that long. lol. but yea i hope this helps
