Ok so start pushing rocks and lift metal. Go deep in agression its vital part of growing up as man, to reach limit of your performance but get angry cause its not enough and bingo you reach deep and somehow you go over that. The sack was empty but hell your rage triples your strenght and it feels its endless how much you can do fysically. That feeling is like nothing else. Try it. I did my top surgery 4 years ago with dr Garramone and just searched for top surgery now and found this video. It's really nice looking back, seeing a video I might have looked at before my surgery, thinking how far I've come now. I wish you the best on your journey :D
