The only problem i got with them was on name servers, i applied for their ads and they told me to change my name servers and i did so and then after i got rejected, so then i had to change my name servers back to to the default ones, yet during that process my website was not accessed in some areas, so thats the only thing but then i withdraw after got rejected

Just a quick update: It's been two months since I disabled ads from my website, and still nothing has changed!

They mangled my site. I paid the Premium ransomware fee to get out. They claim I renewed. I did not. They told me I still couldn’t remove my domain for 30 day!. So I killed my site completely. Now their “success” team keeps emailing me. Telling me all remaining funds are on hold until I turn it back on (they can keep the $15). Ignoring my demands to just kill my account. There is something seriously wrong with them and how they do business. I need to make sure I login at the 30 days mark and see what else they are going to pull to hold me hostage and keep charging / stealing from me.

People are moving away from Google to other search engines slowly but surely. I ran some scientific tests on quality of results and Google is unbelievably weak. There have been multiple search queries where the correct output to the query is in top 3 on bing and not even in top 50 on Google. Instead of the expected query results on Google you oftenly get random unrelated giant corporations and also unrelated reddit threads. This is without taking ads into consideration. When factoring in ads Google is practically unusable in 2024.

ADS SUCK - I can't tell you how many times I have exited FAST out of a website with too many ads! One popup is OK but 3??? On an iPhone 12 Pro Max too! I have this phone for the screen real estate not for it to be filled with 3 pop-up ads, haha... A lot of these OLD BLOGGERS that started blogs years ago JUST for the Google Adsense - a lot of them have not evolved! Sad to say if they don't quickly figure it out their website is going to be non-existant because folks like me exit FAST out of their site and go find someone else to get the information I need. Sure a lot of them are making money from other sources like digital products, courses through email marketing but still...they need to remove all these ads and get out of these "ad management" companies that force them to put these ads all over the place. Just fire them, do only 1 popup per page and continue pushing other products to make money.

Same story here, completely screwed up my websites, everything has taken a hit and I've been with them for years. Just a thought, I remember way back when , I had to set up access within my Google Adsense for percentage or access (years ago, can't remember the exact details). What I'm worried about is that if I move back to Adsense, are they still taking a percentage from my adsense? I know its more likely to not be the case, but would like to confirm.

Yeah, I asked a guy from a successful digital agency in Croatia about the traffic drops. He swears into quality, then I told him about thegrillingdad website. He claimed that in that case it wasn't the quality, but affiliate links as several of his sites were affected because of that.

At the end of March I switched my primary search engine to duckduckgo. The search results being returned by google are not making sense. I have to skip all the reddit, pinterest, tiktok, facebook, ecommerce pages to find what I am looking for. Then the blog articles google is putting at the top are many times off topic, low quality, low word count articles.

Personally I switched to Bing :)

Collateral damage is ugly, hopefully G will come to it's senses and get back to showing content that is actually helpful ... vs that Reddit and/or Quora junk or big authority sites which forces people to want to do all the things that G says they don't want you to do .. like write for the SERPS or build backlinks to "prove" authority .. but a DR 40 website should be good enough! Hopefully those sites are doing well here on CZcams and can find other sources of traffic to keep building their brand and audience. Appreciate your insights!

The last comment is a few months old, so as of today's date, I want to say that this video is on point! I've been an Ezoic user for several years (and still am, since I'm contractually forced to be for a couple more months), and things went downhill in the past year or two. This video tells you the unvarnished truth. In my opinion (and yes, MY opinion-f**k you, Ezoic), Ezoic is the worst thing you can do to your website or online presence. The Ezoic ads kept messing up my websites. I'd contact my account manager and support, but the supposed fixes NEVER worked. Their go-to response from support (bless their hearts) was 'I did an internal cache erase and it's solved the issue,' which a day later, the same damn problem would return (the ads breaking the layout). These issues continued for months and were never resolved! When you're an Ezoic Premium subscriber, whether your site is making thousands or just a few dollars, you shouldn't have to deal with their service breaking your website! This is unacceptable, no matter how small or big your revenue is. I'm contractually obligated to continue with Ezoic Premium. When I raise these issues with my account manager (who is obviously as fed up as I am with Ezoic breaking my websites), the dude simply ghosts me-as in, I email him with my specific concerns and questions, and he does not respond, only sending automated responses. My requests for specific info from my account manager are usually ignored-even after being a Premium customer for years and making them and me thousands of dollars (US) on their platform monthly. If you were to ask for my opinion, based on my personal experience about joining Ezoic, I would tell you, based on my experience of being an Ezoic customer for years: STAY AWAY from Ezoic. Stick with plain Jane Google Adsense (just like Peter Dszaja has found out the hard way). I've personally experienced that Ezoic has turned my websites into an 'ad mill.' The number of ads displayed, in my opinion, has either driven my readers away or encouraged them to install an ad blocker. As Peter said in this video, you'll go from a polite Ezoic subscriber to a raging mad Ezoic customer as their algorithm continuously breaks the website layout. You'll become a raging angry subscriber, and there's nothing you can do until your contract is over, and you can leave their service forever. In my opinion (and yes, in my opinion I say f**k you Ezoic), stay away from them!

Google is trying to fight spam and to them the best way to do it is to trust only super authority websites. I think that the rankings will come back again but we have to wait until Google sees that what they are doing is not helpful to their users.

Hey Petar, I'm allso getting more and more Bing organic traffic. DuckDuckGo and Ecosia are very residual tho.

I get more traffic from Bing, DuckDuckGo, Yahoo than Google. Personally, I've set Bing as the default search engine I use in my browsers now. I get much better search results than Google. Still use other things like Google maps though.
