this is one of the most wicked things ive heard from the 80s and makes me dance every listen. its like a combination of arabian melodies melted into chicago jack with afro/brazilian rhythms. this was popular in the Cosmic Music scene in italy and at Boccaccio in Ghent, Belgium from my knowledge, although its a shame this was never played in the acid house scene back then. id have no trouble squeezing this into many dj sets today in any dancefloor scenario.

Never realised The Orb (Alex Patterson) lifted the synth riff from something else! Getting some musical history here (though I now wonder if the entire riff is just an in-built synth patch too!).
