Testing my first ever N Gauge Locomotive with a 9 Volt Battery
This short video is testing my latest purchase which is a N Gauge Locomotive, this is a Great Western Railway 9400 Class which was brought at Sawyer Models while at Model Rail Crewe Exhibition.
I was testing to see if the locomotive works and also the 2nd hand track that I have as well.

Eastwood is a P4 Scale layout set on the Calder Valley Line between Todmordon and Hebden Bridge in the days on the Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway just after the First World War. This layout was on display at the Southampton Model Railway Exhibition and is owned by the South Hants Model Railway group.

Hi Simon Thanks for sharing this. I had hoped to go to the show but wasn't able to. The 2 layouts that I wanted to see were flint hills and weaver hills so thanks for including then cheers Andy
No worries and it's a shame that you didn't make it. Weaver Hill is a layout I've seen before and was great to see it again and was impressed with how Flint Hills was run as well.

Would have gone but the ticket and car park was prohibitive in cost. And it wasn't just Model Railways either!
That's true, it wasn't just model Railways, but this model show was brilliant as it brought every aspect of modelling into one room and I did get to see a few things not train related like military vehicles but I did like the show as it was different

One of my friends at the Hoddesdon Model and Railway Club has the Titchfield Thunderbolt set and runs it on the DCC layout at the club premises.
Great video. It's a great venue for a model railway exhibition. We were unable to attend this year, so thank you for sharing. It looks like there were some great layouts there. Have you seen my grandson's Dylington Model Railway channel, where he films his model railway. The latest being a stop-motion animation featuring the Dukes of Hazzard being chased through Dylington by the Hazzard County Police . We've enjoyed watching your video and have subscribed...
