I got my order today for large size but only 2 tips fit my ear others don't basically wasted my money can i get refund or replacement or half refund 2 piece fits my ear fine the spinnfit one and the other transparent one the foam and other are useless they don't stay in ear and the iem is slipping in my home i have tried the eartips for each of my family member and no one likes any of the other only the spinfit ones work perfectly fine than what's the point of the othe 5 tips my order has come today can i get my refund or something bcz your product really doesn't meet my expectation it doesn't stay in ear and slip so it's not gonna be in use plz help and the website is in stuck in refund process not giving what the status is its 590 rs not very small amount for everyone
