This is my favorite book in the series. I love that it ramps things up and it breaks a lot of the patterns the first 3 books set up. First chapter is not from Harry's point of view. No quidditch. Voldy's return. A real step up in the series in my opinion.

The David Baldacci Camel Club series is the series that got me back into reading!! Love seeing that!

Oh! It's a trilogy? How did I miss that on your previous review? I was probably telling Bella! to stop digging! Anyway, I doubt that I will read this because the odds of me finding all three at my 2 thrift stores are slim to none. However, I did find that SK trilogy all at one time. So never say never. -James

Nice! Kind of opposite of what you normally read in the sense that it's open ended, the plot doesn't matter, and no resolution but has lots of elements I thought you would enjoy. I still have a lot left to read from this author. I like his writing style and will be reading more..... I don't remember reviewing this one.

I think someone in my family had The Cobra Event because it is so familiar. I never read it but I remember seeing it on a book shelf in my house constantly.

If you read an arthor long enough you are familiar with their writing and can tell if something is off. I still believe that the last Elmer Kelton book that I read wasn't written by him. This book doesn't interest me but I glad that you enjoyed it. -James

i did not enjoy tall grass movie i have greatly enjoyed reading horns, black phone, nos4a2 and heart shaped box i truly enjoy locke&key show, need to get back to it, annnnd read it too this was a fun watch fireman is on my future sights

I definitely should look into Joe Hill’s works. If only just to see how different he is from his dad, which he should be. So maybe I’ll just look for similarities??

Palate cleanser time for me, The Scarecrow by Michael Connelly book 20 of the Bosch universe, and Sharpe's Havoc book 7 of Bernard Cornwell's excellent Sharpe series.

I finished up The Eye of the World and loved it so much that I jumped immediately into the second book of the Wheel of Time. I’ll probably post a review of The Eye of the World tonight! Also, do you feel guilty when you re-read books? I feel like I’m cheating on the books I haven’t read yet haha

I own the 20th Century Ghost Stories and Heart Shaped box. As seems to be the norm in my comments, I still have not read either! I do have every intention to read them. Kind of on a related topic....I own 3 novels by Tabitha King ("The Trap" "Pearl" "Survivor")...also unread. Have you read any of her work?

I’ve read nos4a2 and I enjoyed it but not that long after I read heart shaped box and I loved it. Then I read Horns and i loved it as well. I need to read the fireman and I think I’ll need to try and reread horns or heart shaped box next year. Great video as always Kevin!
