Just wanted to point out and btw I’m not defending overwatch or lootboxes but in overwatch 1 almost all skins(apart from charity skins) could be got for free either through lootboxes, challenges or you could earn currency through lootboxes or challenges so while having micro transactions was bad, you could literally play the game and get whatever cosmetics you wanted

Tons of free to play games before Fortnite. Big ones are League of Legends, Dota 2, warframe, world of tanks, war thunder, CS-GO etc.

Man mega is amazing and is kinda a top 10 season wrecked barely beats it out but mega over tilted I gotta agree with that lol it has grind rails and zip lines to get to high that tilted doesn’t have but tbh tilted was added before they had zip lines but still and epic did well with the collabs this season, the kinetic blade is one of my favourite mobility items and the Star Wars event was perfection, I used to rip on this season for having trash ARs until I went into creative and started to cook with the red eye, I know that everyone has their opinions but imo I don’t think this a top 3 season, it could get a top 5 but top 3 seems like to much to me

I honestly didn’t mind loot boxes at all i actually think gaming got worse when they axed loot boxes now the actual matches you play ITSELF is a loot box with hidden mmrs EOMM and SBMM it’s nothing but a casino when it comes to the matchmaking of a lot of games nowadays Lootboxes with no hidden manipulation in the background with matchmaking was a better time in my opinion!! I miss the old black ops 3 days in it’s prime the good old days you could earn all the dlc weapons just by grinding enough loot boxes. A lot of people forget about that. I used to love Fortnite as well but it’s really taken a downward spiral in chapter 5 and it’s really losing a lot of players now too. Lol

warzone is so hard to get into, personally I play it cus Resurgence is a ton of fun but having what makes it unique, the loadout system turns so many people off cus you either level up a single gun all the way to max or if you want certain attachments use multiple guns in MP for like 4+ hours just to get a meta gun that'll be useless next week is annoying, resurgence is fun but goddamn man they dont do much to improve, so far MWIII has had some cool post launch content but no new player is gonna want to play since by the 3rd season the game is ran by hackers, strict SBMM/EOMM, shop being the only thing updated, constantly changing metas so makes last weeks gun useless is annoying again I think MWIIIs resurgence is a ton of fun and I still play it, it has nice movement, gunplay and good small maps (especially rebirth) but it's way too time consuming and is weird that they want to cater to new players but actively alienate them with adding like 4 new guns tons of nerfs and buffs that make zero sense, atp just add a No Loadout mode and like fortnite you can add a smithing table around the map where only some attachments are available, put efforts into collabs like add Limited time guns or perks, POIs or even a limited time map thats theme around the collab they can do so much but I doubt thats gonna change with 3arch, they already have a lot of cool shit in their game just put effort is all we ask

I think this is true, but I'm satisfied by Fortnite and other games from Insomniac and Nintendo, so the cash grabs in other games don't bother me.

As a former unreal player of the first season I really like the game I thought the idea behind the game was dope but the only thing missing is items to benefit u in the race cuz after u hit champ if u mess up once ur in last with no way of catching up the game is to competitive with not enough room for error if they made the game similar to the movie death race the game would be much better even just getting car attachments would be cool like in br or even just throwing in emps to disable cars for a short period or a shield bubble or impulses to keep it child friendly it would bring a whole different skill set to the game nd maybe more players
