@minhlu3518 What mistakes? The course should stand on its own. The distributors don't have to give you 0 percent down, you know that right? If they say 20 or 30 and stick to it, what will you do about it?

Your bill validator and your coin mechanism have to be cleaned. Money is dirty. The dirtier those things get eventually they stop working.

@locotepeps No not to this video. I was on one of his live streams. The main take away is that nothing is free. Sure it can be less costly to take over a lease but I assure you you'll be paying somewhere in the process.
Claudio, how are the new machines operating? I am in the process of finalizing a laundromat lease. I'll be financing new machines.
@rikicarvalho6680 For the most part they work well. Some have given me issues already but they are under warranty. Also the issues are small ones nothing crazy. Remember to shop around and get the best deal... along with the best payment plan. By payment plan I mean they offer deals for "new owners" and "experience owners". Go to any of their web sites and you'll see what I mean. You can negotiate for the "experience owner" deal even if you're new. You just have to know how to talk to these people.

Can you post a link to the Bluetooth door handles you bought?
@zach3540 Actually I took the handles out. The bluetooth knobs didn't work due to them having 3 positions on the latch side. So customers would end up locking the restroom when they left by mistake. A better option is to get Wifi deadbolt put in. Then you can unlock the deadbolt from home. Also use a door closer to keepnthe door closed after the customer leaves the restroom. Hope that helps.
What do you do if they won't leave? And why don't you tell them you're the owner?
@zach3540 I call the cops. Often it's enough just to be mean looking to get them to leave. This lady was a big problem tho. The cops wouldn't arrest her even after showing them video of her breaking my window. Lucky one day she just went away n never came back.

I think 10% to charge vendors is way too cheap. It should at least be 15% to cover the electricity a machine is using, especially if the machine(s) are staying on overnight. I would imagine drink machines are consuming much more electricity to keep the drinks cold than the snack machine. Maybe 25% for drink machines.
@@markboen 10% is the going rate among the vending community. I don't think anyone would take a 25% deal. But 15? That could work.
I feel like you trusted him too much and go based off words a little too much. I get it you are a nice person and wanted to give the man a chance to right his wrongs but bro he literally stole from you and you been working your ass off to get the laundromat running. Man next time if some shit like this happens, just take custody of his clothes and say how about I take care of your clothes while you go run and bring me back my ladder. Obviously call the non emergence police number so they can at least be in route. My overall point is STOP BEING SO NICE, start using the law bro or take it in your own hands bruh. We are talking about money here, nothing is free in the US and quit letting people get a slap on the wrist. Life is hard in general.

I have had similar situations many times. You must not trust a thief to do you a solid. Next time, call the non emergency police number immediately. When they arrive, show them the footage of his admission, (if not the theft) They will get his ID, and perhaps find some fun warrants on the knucklehead. You could agree to have him return the ladder. At the very least the fact that they have the incident on file, you can call later and file a theft report. When you confronted him he had likely already pawned it.
@KingofLaundry Yeah Danny I thought about keeping his clothes as collateral but as I walked alway from that exchange I chocked it up as a learning lesson and one less customer like him around. I don't think he will return.

Happy to hear you’re almost at break even in about 4 months of being open. Keep on going, the early struggles will be a thing of the past. You even sounded more optimistic in this video than in previous ones.
If you hired Danny, he would’ve shown you how to avoid this problem, and the solution is in the course. I think you missed that part. Watch the course again, and it will show you what you could’ve done differently
I've seen the course. So Is hiring Danny a must? Because then the course wouldn't be able to stand on its own. Also the thing about bringing in all distributors in at once doesn't really change much. They all know that they are competing with the 4-5 other distributors in your area. They also all know each other and won't screw over the other guy. They will go down a bit but not deviate much from what they deem "market price". All that to say, having Danny helps but if a course can't not stand on its own it isn't much of a course.

Incorrect, not all machines are built equally. I own 4 stores with 4 different brands. They all have benefits and faults
If they all have pros and cons, wouldn't that make them the same? They wash and they dry. Where is the separation in brands at?
@@justinvestclaudio some are better at extracting water at the end of wash, some are better at up charging with “extras”, some are more efficient, more durable, part prices are higher or lower depending on brand, the agitation of drum washes clothes differently, there’s different tiers of machines with different G-Force. I can literally go on and on. Don’t tell people they’re all the same. I’ve been doing this for 14 years
@Vatchg All brands offer different levels of G force. If you can show me a study that proves a Dexter washer of the same G force washes better than a Maytag. I'll admit I was wrong. Until studies are done then it's all hearsay. This is like truck guys debating what brand is better... it's all the same garbage.
@@justinvestclaudio brother, there are machines with 100, 200, 400 and 450 G force. I can literally see it in my utility bills. The clothes come out way more dry, decreasing dry time. When there’s 20 customers in the store on a Sunday it makes a world of a difference getting people out faster. You can go on every manufacturers website and look at the build sheets and see as well. I also know a lot of people with laundromats and we talk often and compare bills by usage and income. It exists

I'm pretty sure this was covered by danny deangelo to an extent, you should only have the attendant open the bathroom to paying customers and the bathroom should be named Sewer Closet. Make sure the door opens OUTward so it cannot be barricaded and ensure that there is no physical lock from the inside. Secondly when calling the cops always over-exaggerate the situation if you say yeah someone locked themselves in my bathroom, don't even expect someone to show up.
We are not going to name.out bathrooms Sewer Closet lol 🤣 Just get Bluetooth door knobs. This is the price of doing business You'll deal with these kinds of people. It's not a good idea to lie to the cops, just tell them the situation. Call multiple times if necessary.

It looks like you need about 12 carts from what I see. If we had 10 carts per 1k sq feet that would be 50 carts. No way!! Yes we have bars for the clothes to hang.
I have 11 currently and it still feels a bit short. I think somewhere between 15-20 would be perfect.
