I had this procedure done with pretty awesome results. It was done along with a belt lipectomy/tummy tuck. Harvested fat was also transferred to pecs and butt. A long recovery but worth it.

I'm a guy and I want this procedure so badly. The only time my butt ever becomes larger is with weight gain except then I face other issues like gynecomastia and an enlarged stomach so that is never the answer. Performing squats and other exercises doesn't work because I have ehlers-danlos syndrome which causes hypermobility and extremely low muscle tone. I just want to be at a slightly thinner to average weight range and have an evenly proportioned body. When my weight is lower, I am very self conscious when women are standing behind me because I think they are scanning me. I have tried everything and must have this. Wanting an evenly proportioned body is not a psychological thing, it's a biological preference.
