Excellent excellent teaching. I’ve watched so many videos on tarot card reading hardly no one talks about flipping or turning over cards. when I first started reading this was my first question and it’s just never addressed so thank you for tackling this issue and doing a short reasonable time video on this.

I want the older version of the Rider Waite but it’s so expensive 😓

I really wanted to love this deck but it is pretty Snow White and life includes all nationalities. Some of the Major Arcana artwork is extraordinary though. 🙏🏼

I personally do not ask the client for the question. I let the tarot tell me what should be said. Sometimes the client may inapplicable to what needs to be known.

this is like any psych experiment you can't really let the group know what your focusing on or they react in a way is less genuine.

Love it but am having a really hard time following Rachel's dialogue, because many words run together.

I flip bottom to top, essentially reversing the card as it came from the deck. Since I have no way of knowing how the deck is oriented after it has been shuffeled, bottom to top flipping, to me, is really a way to let the powers that be tell it like it is. Essentially, whatever the outcome should be is already present in drawing the card and the knowledge that they will be vertically flipped.

I just bought my cards and they never turn to be reversed, my question is, how to toss them so that some cards can actually turn reversed coz when u toss then normal way they never turn reverse? Am I missing something???

I agree. I’ve always stressed about this. But the way you flipped them here it’s like you did a reading for yourself. How would you flip and interpret them if someone was across from you ? Also, do you put the cards back in order when beginning a reading with a new person? Cause I know several may be done for someone and you’ll just continue to allow the cards to position themselves. So when your readings are over for that person, and a new person wants readings, would you realign the cards to start over with this new person?

It seems rachell is not considering reversals that much. Which is not wrong. But what do you recong.
