Yao Ming and Hakeem Olajuwon Talking Basketball Part 2
The big difference between the two is hakeems timing of when he strings a move together. It’s everything to selling. Here he’s showing the cross and blow to basket and its variation with a spin move. The lead up to both are identical. Hakeem also lands his feet in the position best suited for the next move or options of moves. So his feet planting after a spin are going to be perfectly toward the basket in a shooting position to shoot.
Hakeem torch the low post move for what Dwight need. But hardly could see Dwight try to use those dream move in real games even in some lower level league like Taiwan. I think difficult to execute in real games as there are multiple player guarding with same level. Also, Dwight motion is too stiff and cannot move so smooth as Hakeem. I prefer he learn like Oneal style.
1:12 how does he did that effortlessly fuck
7:49
Travel!!!!!
He makes Lebron look stiff out there
The Dream looks awesome here. Moves like he’s 25.
how much for one session?
Look at Bron trying to copy everything Kobe did lmao
Kobe copied jordan.. get his meat out ur mouth kid
It’s called mechanics. We get it you can’t hoop irl.
I believe this is a big reason he became the best player of all time in 2012 and 2013
Lebron had already a superior skill of walking
1:13 damn
0:13 yeah this guy has no fundamentals at all... is he dribbling or doing ballet?
LeCopyandPaste
Hakeem swag and flare is untouched..
Man I wish this was around when I was young, I had one post move I "stole" from MJ and one from The Dream, you couldn't rewind your TV either back then, only way you could pick up a move is if they showed it in repeat or even better slow-motion.
Le bron è forte ma è duro
How would I do this move on the other side?
Hakeem making every move smooth and natural. Lebron is all forced and artificial.
Wembi is also great! But he can not teach his skill. Because he has different physics from human.
Lebron has made this one of his signature moves which he has mastered. Amazing!
learned nothing but travel
It’s weird seeing Lebron learn the moves that he does and uses so effortlessly today
nobody can learn a thing from the big dream. he's just the unique
Smoothness
Lebron was the best slasher in the history of the game but chose to be very good point forward. I will never understand this
Hakeem was my era but I always felt he was the best center ever. He took young Shaq to school and who won when Jordan was playing baseball. Dream did
Yeah, but guys like wemby and giannis could shut him down real quick!
@@Sectrix2pp 🤣 🤣
4:22 5:33
AND STILL DONT HAVE NO FOOTWORK
Smooth doesn’t age,
LeBron is the one that does the most and the best in real games
this is an incredibly beautiful video
The dream 😢❤
Sadly, I'm not seeing another Olajuwon type come through. Truly one of a kind.
There's a reason the best NBA players have Hakeem train them
Lebron flattens the shot nearer the basket.
Hakeem had top dream footwork + elite defense
The hoop is so low to this guys
At best LeBron is average. Just size and pushing off
The so called king looking like Jr. High.
Never knew The Dream schooled Lebron....that's awesome. Lebron learned from some of the best and turned out to be a solid guy on and off the court in the public eye. Way to go Mr. James.
And they call that generation plumbers. Plumber can certainly Coach 😅
Both made millions off this work
Crazy how statistically, Hakeem should be remembered for his DEFENSE. Dude was the complete package at center.
It’s just a spin to rt
Damn Hakeem is Shorter than Lebron and still put up those center numbers...he is not 6'10" or whatever..he is 6'7" it looks like...
Hakeem is noticeably taller.
It's like teaching this czcams.com/video/SwYN7mTi6HM/video.html to someone who has no chance of having it.
Hakeem you couldn't teach that to HIM.
Hakeem last move was most beautiful one
rasheed wallace in da back talkin shit😂😂
