Agree with above comments. There is a "smart" door lock and a "smart" thermostat installed, but no manuals or instructions left. Took quite a bit of searching to even find out what models they were to connect. Also, home is "pre-wired for Ethernet", but Lennar refuses to terminate the cables, and the cable company does not do this ... what a joke, are they saving like $0.75 in connectors?!?

You have to figure out it on your own. They charge you so much for home and do not set things up for you.

Do not buy a Lennar home! Trash production and never fulfill promises to fix anything on the final walkthrough punch list. Do not give them your money until the house is 100% done. Or better yet, don’t even buy their homes.

Good morning!!! The owners suite is really impressive. This home is gorgeous.

I like lennar for Everthing included features. But what i dont like is they give less windows in their homes in their bedroom small windows which makes the room look dark all the time. In model homes they have lighting on all the time, hence it looks bright. But in real homes everthing looks dark as not all the lights are on all the time. And they increase price everyday and everyweek crazily by $10k -$20k.

I highly do not recommend Lennar homes and it’s Forsyth model. This model as he mentions does not come with garden bath at Fortmill. We saw the garden bath tub in both Forsyth model home as well as in the virtual tours but Lennar did not provide any warning that they don’t provide it in our location community. We were shocked at it when we came to know about it after paying $14k for booking the plot whose base price is $403k. Totally not worth the money.Also Once the booking is made they do not allow any upgrades like other builders in market who are way more extremely flexible. Worst experience with this Lennar who is a fraud cum cheater cum scammer builder. Buyers beware. Don’t go with them. There are so many other builders who focus on customer satisfaction and ethics like Taylor Morrison, MI homes, etc., Thumbs down to Lennar Homes 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 Go invest your hard earned money (blood and sweat) with some other honest builder.

Lennar really does offer a lot for the money

Lennar really does offer a great value in the Charlotte market.

What I want to know is why they always lie. I was there I know how it was they don't care about the kids that end up in Lancaster if they did then they wouldn't treat them the way they do. I like some of the staff but not all of them is worth liking. I loved Ms. Beverly when I first got there she was my shining light that kept me going until she showed her true colors she started listening to my phone calls when I started telling my Parents what was going on in the Lancaster Children's Home. I would not want other Children in that group home because they need better.

Do you have an option to add a gourmet kitchen

I plan on moving to Charlotte soon, I can't wait to go! Lennar is my favorite builder btw. I like how there homes look and the quality.

I'm looking for a multi family home,around the Tri City, Tennessee area. Anything?

Hope the house plans are full of Windows!! Please put Windows over the kitchen sinks and please no dining rooms that are in the middle of the house with no windows. Pulte homes are so dark with kitchens in the middle of the house and covered porches that block all the light from the family rooms. Really hope you consider these things as most people want bright light homes!!!!!
