Losing the one you love most is a kind of pain I would never wish on anyone. All the love you have for them has nowhere to go but to fester into pure agony in your soul, and everything else around you seems trivial and pointless in comparison. Some days are easier, but the grief is always there.

I don’t have full blown depression but today will be the day I will start lexapro for my anxiety, self harm urges and depressive thoughts. For me it’s like an emptiness at the deepest middle portion of your chest. It’s restlessness and inability to do things besides which ones harm you. But I have hope that I will get better- or maybe worse- I just won’t give up. This world has already broken me, I have nothing to lose. Love and prayers to everyone and anyone struggling. We’re in this together💖.

I want to tell you my story. Today is the 27th Jun 2024 it has been about 4 months since I was sexually abused/touched. It was a big shock to me I want to talk about how I feel and what was on my mind that day but no one listens. I was on my way to my concert with the train as every usual day. Suddenly a group of teenage guys around 15 -17 years old was standing behind me. I was standing right in front of the train door and was waiting till it opens. There were 2 stops left and suddenly a guy came too close he started to touch me and a second boy was right behind so no one could see what was happening. There were about 4 or 5 boys. He would not stop … I pulled away and he pulled me even closer. I didn’t know what to do. I was and I am just 13 years old. I was so scared that I couldn’t move. Right when the first stop ended the second guy switched with the first guy and it was going on until the last stop came. I was so shocked and paralyzed that I was watching the floor in horror all of the time. He was not just touching me he rubbed himself on me and I was just … Scared I guess. I cant explain my feelings in that moment I was unable to think. My thoughts? I wasn’t thinking about anything it was like as if my brain was empty. To be honest this was not the first time. It was my 3rd time that I was being sexually abused. I told my parents and the worst thing did not even happen. My own parents told me:,, see what can happen in the train when you go by yourself!,, Not are you alright or do you need anything! That’s why I am scared to go by the train by myself in 2 days. I feel like it will happen again and I am scared as f--- to be honest. I told it my parents my best friend my other friends my sister and none of them cared about it. I felt heartbroken and abused which I was. I can’t describe how I am feeling right now. I am scared to show my skin, scared to go swimming, scared to sleep with an open window, scared to take a bath, scared to talk to an boy alone, scared to go by bus, train or car alone! My whole world is just being scared and never be safe again. Oh and you know what, just later I found out it were some kind of guys that I met there more than once. And all the time, they just laughed! (Some of you might say it is no big deal but it is a big deal to me!)🧷

" They see you as selfish, they see you as weak, they see you as cruel, they see you as destructive " - hard hitting words because they are true. It is only ok if you are not affecting them, it gets easier and easier to forget you when there is nothing they can see as wrong.

I’m always so isolated and lonely, it makes me suicidal and want to kill myself, I lose all of my support in 12 weeks, I have 12 weeks left to live

At this point o dont feel sad for all the depressed, sad, broken etc people who have died for drugs, suicide etc. Been fighting last 2years and i hope that i would be in same situation, Being able to get out of this feeling even for sec with drugs. I hope the best for all of you and guys remember. Guys who lost their life for this, are feeling better now in better place

Just don't do it when your loved one is there

Depression for me is pushing everyone who loves you away. I don't have the guts to kill myself but I wish I did. I pray every day that the Lord sees it in his heart to take a disease from a young child or someone who has it all to live for and give it to me. I hate living.

I don't want to hurt anyone, so I push everyone away, and sometimes I hurt them in doing so. I'm starting to hurt people with purpose. Sometimes it's the truth, sometimes its a lie, but either way, it's me. I'm not a good guy, but I'm not a "bad guy" either, I'm a guy playing the cards he was dealt.

I tried to stay sober but the depression caved in. I dont wanna tell people because its a burden on them. Ill keep trying

I've learned to appreciate my time alone. But on those days when my depression gets ahold of me I fear for myself. I would be dead for days before anybody knew it. Because I am always alone.

I really love love love your videos. They really resonate deep within the core of my soul. They sincerely touch my heart and fill me so many thoughts about situations and moments that have come and go in my life . I also have a deep love for film and words , but , i had never even realized it until a few weeks ago .
