Watching this back years and years later, I remember when I was younger and I confessed to my dad that I wouldn't know what to do if he ever died. like I'd be sad if anyone in my family died but if he died I would be lost. and my mom took it very personally. and it took a couple years after that for me to understand that she's the one who took care of me, who feeds me, clothes me, makes sure im healthy, makes sure im ok, made sure my hw was done, made sure I wasn't doing anything bad. gave me every ounce of love and affection physical and emotional, and is the reason I am who I am today. My dad was there for alot of it, he was there for important thigns like first day of school, graduations. But he was much more stern and direct with everything rather than my mom being much more personal, and affectionate. And I had always thought my mom to just be annoying and the rule setter. the one who always yelled at me when i did wrong. I failed to see everything she did for me. I failed to see the forest for the tree. And when it started to click in my head that my mom knows me much more than my dad does, as she was there most the time to take care of me and knows what I like, what I dont, how I like my cup of noodles made, what I like to order from takeout. It took 1 single day with my dad taking care of us and my mom being gone for my eyes to opena nd see that my Dad didn't really have the chance to know me as deeply as my mom. He knows me, and are both are close, but my mom raised me every second of the day while he had to go work to support us. It was once I gained that bit of realization that I figured that I actually love my mom so much, and if she ever passed away I would truely truely be lost in life and I wouldn't know how to function without her input and care being there. and as much as I love everyone in my family. My mom is the pillar that holds us all up, and if I ever lost her, I'd be incomplete as a human for the rest of my life. And I regret ever making it seem as if she wasn't the most important person ever. That being said. I'm sure Millie wil have that same realization with Geoff. She was a kidd during this, she's much older now, and can appreciate everything he does for her while sorry to say, but her mom goes around talking about having sex with all these random guys and drunken party nights with people in random states, leaving Millie be hind. While Geoff is being the best damned father he can be. She'll realize one day. Maybe she already has. Who knows. But she will have that realization one day and things will change between the two of them. Sorry for the long winded comment thats 8 years late. But this vid came up randomly while I let my outube play random RT related vids. and It hit close to home.

i also very highly recommend Persona 5 Royal. Was a heck of a ride. Only critique I have is one infuriating boss fight (you probably know which one) which almost forced me to load an old save and redo 20 hours of the game.

Theres was RT maybe around immersion season 2 loding interest outside of the podcast stuff, One when ray left, came back after a while for Jeremy, & two when jeremy quit. It was something i worried about as a teen. This is rt and ah would ne something I'll leave behind. But i didn't expect this. I think after the 4th goidbye i feel si numb from the whole experience.
