What was Alice Coltrane thinking? She owned the master tapes to this whole session and released it peace meal in 1968 and 1972 with Orchestral over dubs! Mrs. Coltrane should ave released the whole 1966 session in 1968! She overdubbed an Orchestra onto this track full of Spiritually and released it in 1972 after the War in Vietnam was winding down. It should have been released just like this, without the Orchestra, in 1968 after the tapes were discovered following John Coltrane's premature death.

Great Venue. I was a bit new and naive, thought the stuff on the table was free, nobody there to inform me, so I walked out with a couple items including the blue poster. probably owe them some money. One facet of the show I wish I could find is the video scenes playing behind them on the big screen.

I had this on vinyl, the original mix is best. Every time it was tacked on to something as bonus material it was mixed differently and sounded like crap
