600cc swapped gokart! Putting a 2004 Suzuki Katana 600cc Engine In a Gokart!
I am showing you guys what I have been working on the past couple of months! The frame is a chinese 150cc frame and the engine is from a 2004 Suzuki Katana 600 that had been wrecked but was able to run and drive and even shift through the gears! Follow along with this build to see the progress and see how this thing drives!

Kept up with the minibikes at the drag strip! They still beat me though. The Manco EZ Rider had some issues during the cruise but resolved them after! My swingarm nut had come out but the bolt was barely hanging on! Had to return to camp.

I just got another tomberline 150 cross cart today and ive got a 440 two stroke im fixing to put on it , or well maybe I'll put it on the buggy but , really not sure yet but I'd kind of like to keep the tomberline 150 stock and just rebuild the mud buggy again .... just imagine a 440cc 2 stroke from a 96 snow mobile on a kazuma mud buggy very similar to this kart that tops out at 115 mph 😂😂😂😂.....

Two into one exhaust will run better than the dual setup. Helps with scavenging

What tires do you have? And also how much did that whole build cost?
@@samhofheins1916 sorry man I don't know off the top of my head but they were the "balloon: tires that came on some of the dingos. I bought the kart for like 450 and got new wheels and tires for the rears and put a 420 on it instead of the tecumseh 10 horsepower on it. I was probably at like 700 at the end or so

What type of road speed could this produce mph, what.can you do to a stock motor for.more hp
@@Gokywildcats11 well it all depends on gearing. Shoot, you could probably gear it to 60 but your acceleration would suffer. I've heard you can do stage 2 and bring it up to like 26 hp or something

@@kennyskarts dude I'm currently building a tomberline 150R and just got it back running again Tuesday but it needs brake lines and a few other things before I take it out for a spin but , I've got an early model Kazuma mud buggy that I'm fixing to put a 440 two stroke on 😂😂😂... It's off an early 2000's racing snowmobile and it runs over 100mph and even though it's going to be heavier than the snowmobile , it's going to be a good bit faster seeing how it's turning two massive 22×12×10 back wheels 😂😂😂 it might struggle taking off - MIGHT 😂- but once it gets going I'm sure it's going to hit that 100mph if not faster .... Can't wait for the tomberline to be finished so I can start on that one next ...

@@kennyskarts absolutely , I just had a running with my bank and Amazon though , Amazon sent me a notification saying my order was being filled and will be delivered on the 5 but my bank just sent me a text saying half my order was denied because of insufficient funds so which is it ??? Is it coming or is it not 😂😂😂 anyhow I'll be getting half my order on the 5th from Amazon but Amazon can't tell me what is coming for some reasons ... I ordered all new wiring harness with new key , new stator and everything else , 2 new front tires , new carburetor and the tool for removing the gy6150 flywheel (this is all for the tomberline not the Kazuma btw) but the total is 155.70 and my bank only covered 88 and some change so now I'm waiting to see what's coming and can't get the rest of my money back until the 10th so I'm waiting for the 5th to see what's coming and then reordering what didn't come and hopefully be back on track for the kazuma but if not then it is what it is as long as I got the mud buggy done by Christmas for our Christmas mud ride it's all good .. I'll hopefully be getting some videos out soon 🤞🤞🤞🤞

if your into modding these genarator engines you can make them very powerful, its pretty simple to do, this engine still has the govener in it if you set it up to be able to handle a govener removal you can get like 8000 rpm outta these and double to triple the hp, (the engine stock is govenered to 3600 rpm) however i agree with you, if i were to build something like this i would go and rebuild a motercycle engine and make myn a demon, my dream build is a 1000cc sportbike swapped side by side, later on in life when i have more time and money imma build it and its gonna be sick af lol
