Why would the motorist choose to do this ? Absolutely inexcusable.
No excuses but I did notice the truck was not trying to use the bank machine but was trying to get around it. He was not very close for that but obviously too close. If he had been two or three feet farther away he would have missed it. Bottom line he was at fault for not being aware of how close he was.

This was taken from security footage at a Texas bank in 2008. The driver's name is Mickey Miller, and he lived. His 10 year old son was in the car too and was also okay. (Thanks be to God!)
