I’ve watched several Northumberland 250s. Some out of season or in bad weather. Some even do it in one day. I like this one. But I reckon it is a three day tour, with more stops. At least two castles out of Warkworth, Alnwick, Dunstanborough, Bamburgh and Lindisfarne. More café stops, including Rothbury. At least one hill climb. At least one beach walk. And a visit to Houseteads or Vindolanda.

The red one looks like a Honda Rebel. Lotta damn money for that.

Had the gsa 1250 2021 jumped to v4 rally forbthe last 6 months,, and i can say it will destroy the gsa in every angle, but it has less fuel efficiency with all respect to ur review.

It's kind of a cruiser. I think the class this sportster s competes with now has much better choices.

Tried the R18 and found it uncomfortable with the large jugs, at 193 cm or 6.3 or so it has ZERO LEG ROOM.

You can't put your legs up on highway pegs though

I just couldn't fit it through the garden gate.

The best thing about the R18 is you can pick them up for 9000 now. That said when I tested one the engine was where my feet wanted to be so I thought it was crap, only buy one if you have small feet.

How NOT to drive a trike. Reading that headline I hoped to learn how to drift through corners, how to lift the inner rear wheel, how to make a wheelie or a burnout with the Freewheeler. But I nearly felt asleep watching your „testride“ and hearing you laughing. I drove with my own Freewheeler now more than 50000 kms and still I wait to see someone driving it faster than me!

The “general package” is leveled to the best standard values that characterize Premium bikes…So, if you were falling for the K1600, to me it’s a natural and predictable consequence of riding such an excellent bike. In my opinion on top of all I’ve been saying, the bike is a beauty. If money weren’t a thing, probably, this bike would gladly line up with your other bikes. We have different moods and different states of mind, and it’s a privilege to ride different bikes when you want. If you own them, they’re at your disposal to enjoy. There’s nothing wrong with that thought, by the opposite. I applaud it and it’s achievement. After all it is just a manifestation of our pursuit for happiness. “Two BMW’s?”. Why not?

Poor bike 😢 This is NOT a BMW, it’s a DUCATI. You need at least 3000 rpm! It’s not a tractor, it’s a sports bike.

OMG. YES. I just switched from 2 wheels to a freewheeler and that first ride was rough.

For a bit of fun you should turn left as you encounter the cobbled street in Dent. And take the single track & gated country lane to Thornton in Lonsdale near Ingleton. A very pleasant and remote, valley ride 🙂

Unlike 2 wheels, you have to man handle a trike. Some people aren’t made for it, But once you get used to riding , it’s a blast.

Test rode the very same model yesterday and have watched dozens of YT reviews and have to say, yours is the best or should I say I got more info from your vid than any of the others. I'm stoked it's different from previous generations, I absolutely hated the fact that the GS was a middle class, pompous twat types bike and that they are hating it. I love the fact that isn't much more sportier, I've ordered one. Just the one question for you though, why would you be using a quick shifter at 40ish mph, the very fact it's called a quick shifter is a bit of a giveaway.

I went to the triglide a year ago and I was the same way going slow till I got use to it. The more you ride the better you will understand it, the camber will make you feel like your leaning to much the way I do it is slow down in the turn and catch up in straight aways. If one wheel does go up it will cut the fuel off to get it back on the ground. I had to relearn how to ride it but I love it now.

I bought the Road Glide 3 a year ago. It's different again trom the Freewheeler. Better for long distance rides because of the big fairing. I recommend you try that one if you can.

I was thinking and test drove a GT ......But I decided to keep my Honda ST1300 .....Could not get accustomed to all the digital gauges...... the ST1300 is a simple and fun-comfort ride .........

Looks great! Be careful with the Avons. They are great on good roads but not so much on crappy roads. From the video, You got crappy roads.

That was a very funny and an informative video. I am just finishing restoring a Vmax trike and have yet to ride it for the first time. Due to arthritis I have had to give up riding after over 50 years on two wheels. I hope I can get used to it as fast as you did and have as much fun doing so.
