- Role of advocacy for supporting mothers

    I see fiction in the map graphic in the thumbnail. A large majority of slaves were taken to Brazil or the Carribean. In both of the latter, many slaves were worked to death, and so had to be replaced. In the American colonies, were considered too valuable to be treated so brutally.

      The twenty years that the constitution allowed the slave trade to exist saw the influx of more slaves then any other time period in history. To your point about brutality read the South Carolina slave codes. I promise you that the history of slavery only tells the half of the atrocities that occurred.

      How do you explain black people being on this continent? They didn't swim the Atlantic. You probably believe the election of 2020 was stolen too. I mean 400 years of elections and all of the sudden Trump is the only one to have one stolen from him. Poor him.

    The 1619 Movement is about the first enslaved Africans taken to Point Comfort, present day Fort Monroe in Hampton, VA. The narrative about Jamestown has been proven to be a false narrative. Of the original 32 enslaved Africans who landed in 1619, only three were taken to Jamestown.
