I created this bouncy piano bit a couple years ago and originally called it "Business as Usual," but I'm really curious what other people would name it. What does it make you think about?

Floating through the Great Expanse

This one makes me think of the great expanse of Space. Sometimes I wish it looked more like the background picture than it actually does out there. It's so dark and empty when looking at it with the naked eye, apart from the dim stars. I used Eric Whitacre Choir, BBCSO, and Pianissimo to compose this piece.

I couldn't think of a good title for this one. I think titling is probably one of the hardest things for me when it comes to making music lol. This one is very dramatic. I gravitate towards dramatic pieces sometimes.

Here's another composition I created a few years ago, which I have never shared until now. Once again, I used BBCSO string instruments to create this piece. I'm trying to make the switch over to FL Studio, but I also have all these compositions I've created with Mixcraft and can't get myself to part from it just yet. There will be more to come!

This is another project I started probably 3 years ago, but didn't get around to finishing until just recently when I decided to dig it up again. This song makes me think of bed time, sleep, and dreamy things. I used only BBCSO string instruments to compose this.

To create this I used the Tina Guo cello for the 3 separate cello parts, and then just found some stock sounds of birds chirping and a small stream. I used Mixcraft 10 to compose this piece.

Found this little organ piece while I was looking through some old song project files. It made me think of Castlevania, hence the Dracula name. This was created using a stock organ in Mixcraft 8, and then my own voice in the background haha. I'm not much of a singer... but thought it was kinda fun to add :D

I decided I wanted to try composing Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata, and then I got distracted... so I changed things up and made it sound a little different. I thought it was too slow XD Try listening to this song in .25, or 1/4 speed to get kind of a lofi effect and make it sound more like the original.

I posted a Mixcraft version of this song previously, but figured I'd try and see how difficult it was to transfer a MIDI file from there to FL Studio, and I'm pleased with how it turned out! All I had to adjust were a few notes, velocities, and add a bit of automation for tempo and sustain. Hope you like it! I composed half of this song while taking the train and the other half while I was talking to my fiance and hanging out over the phone. Lots of pointing and clicking, which is mainly how I compose my music haha. I really need to learn to play the piano more. What do you think? I used Piano in Blue, Kontakt, and Fruity Reeverb in FL Studio for this one. I hope you like it!
