I ordered mine about a week ago, the shipping has been very long tho, i wish it was already here so i could be riding it to work instead of my pedalbike, its been raining alot here latley, should i be safe if i were to leave the bike outside while i work for 12 hours?
V20 ebikes has waterproof conection-wire in all cables and wires, but if heavey or long rainy season, please buy a bike's cover to protect it if park outside of house. its battery is removable.

yes, V20 and V30 have same display screen, so the resetting method is the same.
My throttle is not working how can I fix It ibought it brand new
please reset the display like this: Turn on the display, press the “+” and “-”button at same time into setting mode, then press the power button change to P06, then press the "+"button to "02". then the driving mode change to double drive. finally exit setting mode by press the “+” and “-”button at same time again.

Hello. I have a newer display that wont go past P3. It was going all the way up to P5 until today
I have this same issue. It was going at 28 mph top speed and now it stays on third gear and it won’t go past 15.6 mph. Please I need assistance!!

It's now in miles per hour instead of km/h, on P03 en speed 01. Any idea how to fix this?

dear, your display could be at out of factory mode, please check whether P02 is at 00.
After you make your settings turn the power off and then on again or holding information button until it resets so your settings will stay

yes, unlock the screen, there would be 5 gears, max speed reach 45km/h or 27mph. please ask for seller for screen restting guide.
default mode is driving it by pure electric and pedal assist, only change to pedal assist mode. you will feel the Shimano 7 speed gear at work.

turn left the key to unstall the battery, turn right to install it. attention: there is a red button need to start on before use the battery. then it can be charged.

Hello, how can I lock the throttle?
dear, Turn it on, press the plus key and minus key same time, enter reset mode, then press power button again select P06, then press plus key select 00. then exit reset mode by pressing the plus key and minus key same time again. at this time it change to only pedel assist mode, it mean the throttle has be locked. more careful guide, please contact your seller.

turn light control-button is on left handlebar, it blink in the rear, don't come on the display now, maybe next time we will upgrade its digital software.
