My condolences to the speedrunners whos voidwalking was taken away. There are no alternatives to the pillars, to many of their dismay. Besides rng with the staff and leaping into the hole. It is completely luckbased to reach our goal. Rest in peace, voidwalking. You were the best.
Hope the speedrun community allows some kind of mod that bring voidwall back
Speedrunners are probably the least affected by this change since they can just downpatch the game anyway
