Yamaha YZ250X, Moto Monday!! My old GNCC practice track is finally starting to come together. ENC
Low 80's on July 1st?!? Gotta get some seat time in!!!!
After four years of getting trails cleared and halfway passable, things are shaping up. Should be able to squeeze in another mile, maybe 1.5 miles of single track on the new farm, and another mile or so still needs some tlc at the old farm. We shall see how that goes.

After BW left, I noticed a cloud coming in from the southwest, I tried to get in one more rip around the farm before it started storming. Needless to say, I didn't make it and was soaking wet from head to toe before I made it back home. Of course, once I got everything put up, the sun came back out. V and I are headed back home around Waters Pond. While going through a field of tobacco, figured I may as well slow down and maybe spot an arrowhead or two. I didn't find any arrowheads, but did come across a broken grinding stone. Nice thing about this area, if you see a rock, pick it up. 😁😁

Great ride through the pine trees towards "the barn". About halfway through, I hit a tree limb, but the footage is still great, and it captures Brian's wreck in stunning 4k. lol!!!!! I can't imagine how nice it must be to step out your door and have all of that great riding at your house! To ride anytime you want, without having to transport the bike to a distant riding area, must be nice!

Exactly, it's an Enduro/off road/trail version of the YZ250.

I knew that bike sounded familiar. I just bought a 24 YZ 250 R. I looked everywhere for the dang X. So i just spent a little extra on accessories and turned it into an X myself haha. Looks like a decent trail system.

Great video! We've never been to Busch Beach and I'm thinking of checking it out. Do you think it is worth a 3 hour drive to get there?
If you like mudding, it is absolutely worth the drive. Best time to go is mon-thurs. You'll have the place to yourself, on the weekends, completely different story. Mud bash is coming up, and there will be 35k+ people at busco.

Yes, and the easiest way to get here is park at the Art Lilley Parking lot. Just remember, DO NOT park at Cotton Place parking lot. It will be the first sign you see for atv parking after taking a right at the hunt camp. Stay straight to the next sign for atv parking, it'll be just after the road is paved for a short bit. (If you do not turn here and stay straight, you'll hit the Art Lilley Parking lot).... but if you take a left after the pavement stops you'll see Dutch John parking lot and is on both sides of the road. Art Lilley gets you to where this video was taken. Cotton place is only one way in and one way out, trail 390. It's extremely rocky and steep. Hope this helps.

Thank you kindly for watching. 😊👍 The main thing is, when you go in by the Horse Camp, the first sign you see for ATV parking, DO NOT TAKE THAT LEFT!! (This is trail 390 aka "Daniel", and to ride the other trails, you have to go up Daniel, which is extremely steep and rocky!!!!) Go to the next sign for atv parking, just after the small paved section of road, and turn left here. Or, keep going straight to a very large parking lot. All the trails are loops except trail 390. There are only three really hard sections, with trail 390 being the hardest. You can turn around if you do not feel comfortable doing the hard stuff. All the trails are two way, you can do a u-turn anytime. You can also find maps online, and the Eldorado outpost should have maps for free when you stop there for your riding pass.

Dutch John is part of a loop. Daniel, trail 390, is the only "spur" that is up and down, not connected to anything else.
