Growing up, my dad had 19' with a 392 hemi. Sounded amazing. He would let drive, wrench on it, and ski behind it. Only thing he said no to was fishing from it.

Learned to ski on a v-drive. My first boat of my own was a 79 Hawaiian jet boat 455. 19’ loved it. Miss it to this day.

From the sample, I can tell this is a nice raucous cam that would be right at home in a 60s drag car. The 40 lets that personality out. A cool cop should have no problem with it. On the other hand, if you want to be more lowkey or have a jerk cop citing for noise, the 50 is a better choice. If you use your car for long distances (eg. LA to Pismo Beach and back), you're better off with the 50. Loud exhausts --even when cool-- wear down the people listening. For what it's worth, I can still make out the cam's personality with the 50s. It's just not as obvious.

I just have to say again I grew up back in the fifties my dad used to take us to the stadium in Long Beach erased every weekend I must say this guy has got the badass most awesome boat I grew up on the Parker Colorado River I know a fast boat when I see one brother

I'd like about 7 years old in 1962 used to go down the Colorado River there's a boat called hot damn it was orange and black it went about a hundred but that's pretty fast in the Parker Strip
