Awesome Review: Jonathon Vitani Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness Backstory: 2 years ago I moved into my condo and the battle against the cigarette smoke smell began. First I scrubbed the walls and surfaces to break up the oils with no noticable effects. Then I tried ozone to remove it and it would help a little bit but not much the several times I tried it and most importantly it wasn't permanent. After that I removed everything -- flooring, cabinets, appliances, A/C vents, etc -- and repainted everything with a primer designed to seal away cigarette smoke forever. This worked for a year and a half or so I thought. For the most recent holidays I went away for a week with the A/C off and when I returned to the still air, it was like I hadn't done anything. Cigarette smoke smell everywhere and I lost hope. Then I found Alex at Master Odor Removal. He came out a couple days later. He explained clearly what he was doing and provided plenty of pictures of what he was doing throughout the whole process. He was able to remove tobacco oil in the few places that were origonal non-painted surfaces and even a few of the painted surfaces as well. Then he fogged my unit and when I returned the smell was gone. It was wonderful to not have to smell cigarettes at all time. A few weeks later there was a bit of the smell in the kitchen and I located it around the dishwasher. I called him and the next morning he was back out. I pulled out the dishwasher so he could get at it from all angles and the inside of the cubby as well. I am confident that the smell is gone for good. He left me a little bit of the spray should I need to hit it one more time just for good measure. I am glad that I used this company.

I was impressed with his promptness, professionalism, thoroughness and pleasantness. Our Mercedes-Benz S Class recently had a leak in a fuel pipe that goes right below the rear passenger seat. The interior of the car had a strong, fuel smell since gas had literally pooled under the back seat in the interior. Not only was it unpleasant to smell, but also made it hard to breathe! We tried everything that was suggested to us to get rid of the smell: replaced the lining under the seat, steam cleaning, detailing, etc… to no avail. We decided it was time to sell the car since there was nothing left to be done about this odor, but then we found Alex’s company. We figured we give it a final try, a last-resort option before we got rid of the car. We called Alex and from the start were impressed.
