Visual Summaries of the Best Books and Ideas :)
I like to bring great books and ideas to life in a visual way. I love reading and listening to books, so I want to share with others books and Authors I recommend.
My mission for this channel is to get people (especially younger folk) enthusiastic about picking up books more often and mindlessly scrolling through TikTok, IG etc. less often.
FAQ
What do you use to make the videos?
I use everything Adobe, but the main programs I use are
-Illustrator
-After Effects
-Audition
-Premier Pro
-Photoshop (but not often)
Why are you so slow with your content?
Everything you see in the video was put together by myself, and they take a longggg time, from reading the book, doing voiceovers, making illustrations, editing etc. I currently have a FT job, but I hope in the future I can go PT and create content more often :)

The Ultimate Guide to 10x Better Sleep (tonight)
You will spend nearly one third of your life in the realm of sleep.
That’s~26 years of your life for the average human.
Yet, for most people sleep is a mystery.
They don’t know the first thing about what is actually happening when they sleep.
A good night's sleep can brighten the world with endless possibilities.
A bad night’s sleep can turn simple tasks into overwhelming challenges.
And overall “The better you sleep the longer you live”
I hope this video inspires you to go deeper into the topic and improve your sleep (and your life)
This Video was mainly Inspired by Matthew Walker's Amazing Book - Why We Sleep.
I loved reading this book and highly recommend you to do the same.

Every family has that one person who will break the family's financial struggle, I hope you become the one
One thing I've learned from billionaires is to diversify your investments and to always put your money to work. This year, I hope to make money investing roughly $200k of my savings in stocks.
It's not difficult, but you have to learn and handle. you should hire a CFP to help you diversify your assets to include ETFs/index funds/mutual funds and stocks of companies with consistent cash flows, rather than betting on penny stocks.
Having an investment advisor is the best way to go about the stock market right now. I was going solo, but it wasn't working. I’ve been in touch with an advisor for a while now, and just last year, I made over 80% capital growth minus dividends.
How can I participate in this? I sincerely aspire to establish a secure financial future and am eager to participate. Who is the driving force behind your success?
Monica Shawn Marti is the licensed advisor I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
I really appreciate your useful advice. I was able to set up a call with her and confirm her identity. She seems incredibly knowledgeable, and I appreciate your advice so much.
Ah, I can't see the old woman with big nose
Its 3am and I have to be up for work in 5 hours… This shi’ better work
Cool 😎
Erm.. what the sigma
Ah yes, watching this instead of sleeping
Brilliant book. Bad maths. Nothing keeps improving at a consistent percentage. There is such a thing as diminishing returns.
If you believe FA can make you rich, you better stay away from stock market
I’m sorry, but the Gambler’s Fallacy is bunk. You are necessarily moving closer to a tails, if you’ve gotten a bunch on heads. You are getting closer to the next jackpot, if it hasn’t hit in a stretch. There is indeed some natural force that does remember the previous wins, or losses.
Watching this at 3:48am cause I can't sleep 🤣
Beautiful... just beautiful summary!!! thank you for this ... and hats off to Sir Robert Green.
Michael Scott’s golden ticket idea episode is a perfect example of hindsight bias

Learning to sleep while I should be sleeping 😪 (at 12am)
- Survivorship bias (focus on the winners): logical error where the data we are presented is representative of only a subset of the population that has already survived some kind of filtering process. Only look at what has survived and overlook the challenge & failure - Self-serving bias (if something bad happens, don’t blame me): failures are external and positive are personal. Seek accountability and feedback - Fundamental attribution error (its not my fault): we judge others behavior on their personality or fundamental but we attribute our own behavior to situational factors - Hindsight bias (confidence creating memory distorter): After the event happens, “you knew that was going to happen”. Memories are distorted. - Availability bias (the lens you see the world through): what you see, is what you believe - Availability cascade (a self-sustaining chain of events): an enormous overreaction to a minor thing - Sunk cost fallacy (the escalation of commitment): our tendency to continue with an endeavor we've invested money, effort, or time into-even if the current costs outweigh the benefits - The framing effect (its all about the presentation): drawing conclusions depending on how its presented - Clustering illusion (the faces on the clouds): occurs when individuals perceive patterns or clusters in random data, even when there is no actual pattern or clustering present. - Exponential growth (not a bias* but good to know): a process that increases quantity over time at an ever-increasing rate. - Barnum effect (That sounds exactly like me): person's natural tendency to think that a generic or vague personality description applies specifically to themselves
I've read the book and let me tell you that this video is perfect for those who hate reading
Pro tip to hide microexpressions: wear an actual, physical mask. Like, the one that hides the bottom half of your face.

Mindset is the key to programming new habits.
I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.
I feel your pain mate, as a fellow retiree, I’d suggest you look into passive index fund investing and learn some more. For me, I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured $30k in value stocks and digital assets, Up to 200k so far and pretty sure I'm ready for whatever comes....
@@Chustinasarah That's actually quite impressive, I could use some Info on your FA, I am looking to make a change on my finances this year as well
@@shituabdullahi7660 My advisor is Victoria Carmen Santaella;
You can look her up online
@@Chustinasarah The crazy part is that those advisors are probably outperforming the market and raising good returns but some are charging fees over fees that drain your portfolio. Is this the case with yours too?

Why?
STAY HARD
Imma share anecdotal stuff - the single best thing that happened to my sleep was getting my dog. He has a huge outside kennel and a backyard, but i still fell into the habit of waking up early, usually with sunrise, to play with him first thing in the morning, and to take him for a walk for about half an hour. I then have breakfast and go about my workday. We go to another short walk in the afternoon, and one in the evening, before sleep. It took two weeks for my body to set into a sleep schedule I never knew was possible - I just FALL asleep, almost instantly, when my head hits the pillow around 10pm. I sleep more or less without waking (depending on stress and cycle), and wake up around 6 am. I dont even need an alarm anymore. I....I didnt know people can do that, I thought it was a myth, lmao. I have been enjoying this for 4 years now. Being able to just fall asleep is lowkey one of my proudest unintentional life accomplishments. Edit: thank you to the good boy.
How do you make videos like this?
