This man’s crimes are beyond comprehension, but yet listening to him speak you’d think he was a teacher or lecturer of some type, absolutely terrifying, but yet fascinating.

Since i was a teen in early 90s, i was devouring any material about serial killers. Kemper is indeed the most intelligent and the most interesting to listen. But he is a pure monster. He would snap a 17 year old's girl just for fun and fixation. I would show him some respect if he managed to control his horrific urges. Intelligence without morale or a sense of self control, is useless. Countless human beings, literally countless, are capable of murder, and a significant percentage of them even have strong urges. But the vast majority is able to understand what is right and what is wrong. And they manage to suppress any extreme thoughts.

Hes not a genius or fascinating.. hes just a good talker. He sells himself in a way thats disarming.. dont be fooled by this behavior. He was playing and with the interviewer. It was a game.
